The Space:
The home is designed for groups who want comfort inside and fun outside. The backyard is the real star - a sparkling pool with a tanning ledge lets you soak up the desert sun, while the attached spa is perfect for evenings under the stars. When the temps drop, gather around the outdoor fireplace or fire up the BBQ. There's also a grassy area stocked with horseshoes, bocce ball, cornhole, and croquet - hours of entertainment without leaving the property.
Inside, three well-appointed bedrooms sleep up to 8 guests: the primary suite features a king bed with direct patio access, and two additional rooms each have a queen bed. The living room sofa bed adds flexibility for larger groups. Three full bathrooms mean no morning traffic jams.
Guest Access:
You have full, private use of the entire home and backyard. The garage is reserved for the host's use, but the driveway comfortably fits 3 vehicles, and street parking is available directly in front of the house.
The Neighborhood:
You're in one of La Quinta's most walkable pockets - the Indian Wells Tennis Garden is less than a mile away, making this a go-to for BNP Paribas Open fans. Coachella and Stagecoach festival grounds are a quick 5-minute drive. Dozens of restaurants, sports bars, coffee shops, and golf courses are within easy reach. Joshua Tree National Park is a scenic 1-hour drive - a perfect day trip.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended for exploring the wider valley. Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is approximately 25 minutes away. Ride-share services are readily available throughout La Quinta.

The home is in a wonderful community, and we ask all guests to respect our house rules. If these guidelines don’t align with your expectations, we kindly request that you choose another property. Violations of house or community rules will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
FAQs
★ Do we have access to a pool or spa? ★
Yes! You will have exclusive use to your private pool and spa. Please note that the pool can be heated up to a maximum of 82°F. This provides a comfortable swimming temperature, but it is not intended to feel “hot” like a spa or hot tub. Due to the nature of the heating system, pool heating can only be offered for the entire duration of the stay and cannot be added on an ad hoc or per-day basis. Please also note that when the hot tub is in use, the system redirects heat to the hot tub, so pool heating will pause and the pool temperature may drop until the system is switched back to pool heating.
★ What are the additional fees? ★
To have the pool heated it is $60 a day. For monthly stays the pool heating is capped $1000 per month. There is no charge to heat the spa. Pool heating is available upon request. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to use it, so we can ensure the system is properly checked and working before your arrival. Pool heating systems can be sensitive, and advance notice allows us time to address any potential issues. The hot tub will not be hot at check-in. Hot tubs cannot be left running continuously, as turning them on disables the cleaning mode. For this reason, they are only activated for a few hours at a time. Guests may turn it on upon arrival or contact us to have it activated.

As much as we love welcoming furry friends, pets are not allowed in this property due to severe allergies.
★ Are there noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★
Yes. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Amplified music and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Respectful, low-volume music is allowed until 10 PM. After that, all music must be turned off. Parties & events are strictly prohibited.
★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★
It may be possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. Early check-in / Late check-out (up to 2 hours): $75 fee (early check-in is not available during festival season).
★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★
Yes. - The maximum number of guests is as listed on the booking—no extra guests allowed. We require contact details for all adult guests staying at the property.
Pool Equipment Notice - For safety and proper operation, please do not adjust, tamper with, or manually operate any pool equipment, timers, heaters, pumps, or control systems. Any damage resulting from unauthorized use may be the guest's responsibility.
Please note that our gardening and pool maintenance team visits the property once per week to ensure everything remains in excellent condition. They will access the outdoor areas only and will not disturb your stay.
