Pool was great, we paid more to ensure heat temp was good for our grandkids.Pool was cleaned twice while we were there & hot tub was also nice to have for adults. Location of home was outstanding & close to everything we needed. Many cooking tools for grill & kitchen supplies were awesome too. Everything was convenient. Our flight was cancelled by airline & luckily we were able to return for two more days. Owner was easy to work with & communicate with too. Overall it was a great trip to CA during holiday week!

Golfer’s Paradise

Play a round of golf, cool off in the pool, have some beers and watch the game while playing pool in the man cave! Perfect place for a group of fellas on a boy’s trip!Great location, clean place and well managed. Will definitely book next year.

Beautiful Home

My husband and I had a wonderful stay while celebrating our anniversary. The house is exactly as shown in the listing. The pool and outdoor area are amazing. The house and beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was well kept and quiet. I would highly recommend staying at this lovely home.

Family vacation

The house is awesome. The pool is amazing! We had a great time. The evolve team is on it. Clarissa was super helpful. I didn’t give the house 5 starts just for two simple things: all the tvs are 1st gen smart tvs. You can’t cast to them they have no modern apps and the blu ray players they provide are also outdated you cant download any apps. The second complaint is the house only has one frying pan. So coming with a large party makes it kind of hard to prepare meals. Also the neighborhood is very quite. It feels like almost no one lives there so noise echos really easily so be careful if you plan on being outside past quite hours.

Family Fun

Property was perfect for our family. The pool and garage area was exactly what we needed to keep are two boys busy. The neighborhood was great not a ton of traffic and the neighbors were friendly as well. Location was central and made it easy for groceries or evenings out.

Girlfriend get away

The house & grounds were lovely. There were a few repair issues. Not sure if I should list them here or send to house host. So will do both. The coffee carafe wasn’t on coffee pot so brought the Mr. Coffee & its carafe down from the cabinet. One of the kitchen knobs kept falling off. The patio fan & light switch did not work. The ceiling fan in the bedroom close to the linen cupboard didn’t work. The rug in the small bathroom was soaked & smelled of urine; so we washed it.

Evolve needs to step it up

Poor checkin. The code to enter home was wrong and we had to wait awhile for property manager to return my phone call. And even then, she did not have the correct code to enter the home. Property manager also allowed 5 garbage and recycle bins to sit on curb for our entire stay, blocking the driveway. Unsightly and ugly. Garbage spilled out on driveway. The home was drop dead gorgeous and perfect in every way!!

Girls weekend

Very comfortable home. Ample space for lounging I side and out. Property manager was very responsive. We travel to a different city each year. The location was convenient to old town for shopping and restaurants. We relaxed and enjoyed this lovely home.

Clean home. Lots of amenities.

This was our first visit to the Palm Springs area. This home was a little further away from the downtown area, but totally worth it. The pool was amazing. The property manager was helpful. Our kids loved the game room in the garage as well. The property was clean and fully stocked with all of the essentials. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to coming back.

Rest and Recharge

Nice house, clean, with a generous supply of towels. We came to swim and take naps, and that is just what we did. The daytime high was 112F, and the A/C worked beautifully. We swam in the early morning and evenings, the pool was so warm and relaxing. The neighbor hood was very quiet and peaceful during our stay, and is super close to grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend the local business, Tiffany's Sweet Spot, hands down the most delicious cupcakes I have had from a store, trust me, so good... even the frosting is good! Cons: There was only 1 very small frying pan, but we made it work. The mattresses on the beds are low quality.

Great place for a getaway!

We just stayed here for a golf getaway for 5 days. Great house with a great outdoor space. Loved the garage game room, it really came in handy for 4 guys from Canada that wanted to watch hockey playoffs. There are a few things around the house in and out that need minor attention but overall a great place to stay.

Friends Golf trip

This place was the perfect spot for anyone who has a golfing trip with friends. Great courses within 10 minutes. Tips from the owner were right on. Game room was really cool. Highly recommend.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood located 20 minute walk from tennis gardens

This home is set up perfectly for small or Family gatherings. The outdoor pool and spa we’re top quality we enjoyed our afternoons around the outside facilities. We would watch some tennis games in the entertainment room shoot some darts and play some pool property is highly recommended we would definitely wanna visit again

Amazing rental

We loved our stay here,pool and hottub were used were everyday. And the gameroom was fun for everyone! Rooms and beds were and comfortable. Owner Mike and property manager Rick are very attentive and helpful if there are any hiccups. Would highly recommend this property!

Great 4 bedroom house with pool and hot tub

Everything went great from start to finish. We rented the property for a golfing trip and it was great since we could all have our own bedroom and enjoy the pool when we returned from golf. Great location near many restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended.
