The residence:
La Pendule residence is located 100 meters away from the ski slopes. The shops are situated 250 meters away. The nearest car park is about 50 meters away. The north facing apartments get an amazing panorama on the valley and a view on the Mont Blanc.

The Observatoire area :
The quietest area in Les Coches, all the residences are situated 100 meters from the slopes and 300 meters from the shops. The Observatoire area provides a very nice view on the valley and Mont Blanc. The access to resort center is possible through a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
