"Great place to stay close to town. Easy to navigate anywhere from here. A bit noisy at night but with the fan on high in the bedroom it drowns out the town noises and keeps the rooms cool. The property manager was so easy to communicate with and helped us out with whatever we needed. We would stay here again for sure!! Thanks for the great experience. "

"Communication from the owner and the property manager was excellent prior and during the stay. Our property manager helped arrange round trip private transportation from the airport, he had golf carts delivered when we arrived, and he arranged for a private chef to cook for 19 people. The location of the property is great. It is a 5-7 minute walk to downtown Sayulita, but is far enough that it is not loud at night. All rooms have AC. Golf carts are not required, but know you will be walking up...

"We really enjoyed our stay. The house is well-appointed and has everything one needs to enjoy your stay. While going up and down the hill in the golf cart does take some driving skill, it was a delight to come up from a busy and hot day at the beach to the breezy, cool deck of the house and relax in the pool.
