The Space:

Wake up in a spacious third-floor apartment in Calacoto, then make breakfast in your own kitchen or head down to the on-site restaurant. By midday, Calacoto's tree-lined streets, embassies, and clinics are an easy walk or short ride away. Evenings settle into a jacuzzi soak or the building's shared garden, with concierge support around the clock.

✔ The twin sleeping area has no door and is open to the main living space. The king bedroom is fully enclosed. If full privacy between sleeping areas matters for your group, please check this fits before booking.

✔ Third floor, stairs only; no elevator.

✔ Altitude is about [3,300m, verify for Calacoto]. Headache or fatigue is common in the first 24–48 hours. Oxygen is available on-site, and staff can point you to a nearby pharmacy. Guests with health concerns should check with their doctor before traveling.

✔ No A/C. Radiant heating and warm blankets are provided for cool nights, with a portable fan on request.

✔ WiFi is reliable for everyday use, with occasional drops typical across Bolivia. The on-site restaurant has the strongest signal.

✔ In a small building, some sound from neighboring guests or shared areas is normal.

✔ As a boutique property, some services have limited availability, so please request anything you need in advance.
