Martha was a great host. She was very responsive and patient. However, beware the town house it’s self need some TLC. You can tell the owners haven’t been there in a while. Appliance were inoperable, kitchen was full of mismatched and useless pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Throughout the house there were damaged fixtures and the floors could be cleaner.

The unit was unfortunately very dirty. We mopped the floors ourselves after we looked at our feet. There was blasting music/dance party late at night and our kids weren't able to fall asleep at bedtime- it was a bit of a disaster. The host tried to contact the onsite manager but to no avail. The host promised a refund for this unfortunate night but is no longer responding to us about this, so likely they will not follow through with this refund. What a bummer. I'm sure other units here are a good option as the property itself is great. We would not recommend staying here. Check other hosting sites for reviews also.

Beautiful spot by the beach!

Our family of four had a wonderful time at the condo. It's exactly as shown in the photos, and the views out over the lawn to the pool and beach were even more beautiful than in the pictures. Our kids loved the pool and the quiet, swimmable beach. We all enjoyed taking the water taxi back and forth across the harbor to get to La Paz. A couple of tips for those thinking of booking:-We actually drove our rental car out to the resort on our first day. It was a pretty sandy road though, and I would actually recommend just parking your rental car on a sides street in La Paz and taking the boat to and from the resort. It's very straightforward and there's lots of room for luggage.-My wife and kids got bit quite a lot by little midges or sand flies (or something like that). We didn't see many mosquitoes, just those tiny biting flies. Bring bug spray if you're going to spend any time outdoors, especially in the evenings.-Do your grocery shopping in town and carry all groceries back on the boat. There's a little "store" at the resort, but it's not really someplace you'd go shopping for all your groceries.We had an absolutely outstanding time at this condo, and we would book again in a heartbeat. I'm already considering a trip back next year!

Nice surprise

We were pleasantly surprised with the property. It looked like the internet photos. We enjoyed the pool and also walks on the beach. The water taxi and van service made it easy to get to La Paz for meals or shopping. The only negative thing was that we drove to the resort. It would have been easier to park the car and take the water taxi to the resort. We would vacation there again!

18 Days at Paraiso del Mar

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Condo's of Paraiso del mar. The condo is well appointed, and had everything we needed for our stay. The view from the patio is wonderful, looking out to the Sea of Cortes, the golf course was good, and the City of La Paz itself won us over. Boat back and forth, sometimes was a pain, but nothing that would prevent us from coming back again. Maude the property manager was very responsive, and ensured all was well with our stay. Highly Recommended.

Home from Home

Very quite and friendly staff, great walks along the beach spotting Dolphins and paddling/swimming in the 92 degree sea and then walking along the seafront in the evening going for dinner. A perfect place to decompress!!

The best place to stay in La Paz

We have stayed at this property before, different condo, but it never disappoints. The condo was perfect. The restaurant on the property makes the best food. Celebrated my husband’s birthday and they went all out. Very well organized and the food was excellent. The condo was stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs, towels, and a beach umbrella. It made our vacation wonderful. I suggest to bring cash to tip the van drivers and the boat crew. They worked hard and were always available when we needed them. Try to get a later flight out because trying to leave at 6:00 am, getting a van and the boat was easy, but you had to do it all through the employee dock which was not convenient at all. I also think we inconvenienced the employees. We will know better next time. Big thanks to our host as the condo was perfect.

property is showing wear micro wave did not work bath room sink leaked barbq was a mess dryer took several cycles to really dry something no effort was used to catch mice outside so had to be careful with doors door to bedroom had separated coach/bed in the living room completely uncomfortable lovely area out front makes one want to return to the condos

Wonderful BUT

Pariaso Del Mar is wonderful! Love this property. We have been to El Magote several times and enjoy the water taxi and all of the employees at Pariaso Del Mar very much. They cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable. They are friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. Some issues with the condo....We were never contacted by the property manager until we emailed her the day before we were to arrive. She gave us the code but told us she would be out of town. No check in process really. The sheets were so old they were pilled and coarse. They really need to be replaced! 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. No extras left. I have never stayed at a property where I had to purchase toilet paper. Half the remotes had no batteries and various light bulbs were out. Sorry not buying light bulbs or batteries. :( We enjoyed the place but did not feel that the condo had been prepared adequately for our arrival. Clean just not checked thoroughly. Rooms were very nicely decorated. If you are traveling with small children, there were many toys and such.
