    The Space:

    Welcome to our comfortable condo at gated Alttus Terrazas, situated in a fantastic elevated location overlooking La Paz Bay. You’ll be situated close to the famous sights and attractions for the perfect friend and family getaway for 4 guests!



    This 80 sqm | 861 sq ft condo features a luminous open living area with comfy sofas and lots of natural light from the wall-to-wall glass doors that allow for an extension of the space and a nice ocean breeze at sunset. Plus, a flatscreen television with streaming services for relaxing downtime moments.



    There’s an open, fully-equipped kitchen with quality appliances to prepare meals at home and a unique dining area/breakfast bar that comfortably seats 4 to enjoy your meals at home in peace.



    There are 2 stylish bedrooms, with plush king bed and two single beds and direct access to the balcony with the La Paz bay/ocean views. Bedroom 1 features an ensuite bathroom, and both rooms have ample storage space for your thing.



    Enjoy comfort and convenience at the Alttus Terrazas complex! You’ll be just a 5-minute drive to the Malecón and a 7-minute drive to Coromuel Beach. Book today to start making La Paz memories for a lifetime!



    Guest Access:

    You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo during your stay. Also, you’ll have access to all the complex amenities that are shared with all guests.



    The Neighborhood:

    Located in the gated Residencial de Cortéz and the Alttus Terrazas condominium complex gives you access to activities and amenities like a pool, large common terrace/sofa lounge, outdoor tables and spectacular views. You’ll be just a 5-minute drive to the Malecón and a 7-minute drive to the nearest beach, Coromuel Beach. Some of our favorite restaurants are Vrentino, Oliva al Mare & Harker Board CO.



    Getting Around:

    The condo is about 16.5 miles | 10 km or about a 28-min drive to/from the Airport (LAP) and it’s a 2.5-hour drive or 123 miles | 198 km to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).



    Other Things to Note:

    IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).



    The TVs in the unit are flat-screen TVs with streaming services. Please note that cable channels are not available.



    Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.



    Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear.



    *** Please be advised that the pool will be undergoing maintenance until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure the pool is in top condition for future use.***



    We provide some complimentary essentials upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. In each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and beach and bath towels.



    Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture or wall stains will be charged at the time of check out.



    Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in to be paid in cash to our local team.



    Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



    A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



    There is a penalty of $20.00 USD for late check-outs.



    HOUSE RULES:

    - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

    - No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

    - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

    - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

    - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

    - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

    - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.

    - Please avoid moving furniture.

    - Pets are not allowed.

    - Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.

    - Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.



    To ensure full transparency, we want to let you know that the upkeep of common areas is managed by the complex administration. While we strive to provide an excellent experience, the condition of these areas is beyond our control. By sharing this in advance, we aim to keep your expectations aligned and maintain the high standards we are committed to.



    Please note that you may hear dogs barking during your stay, as some neighboring homes have dogs.



    As a precaution, please do not lock the interior doors, as we do not have keys to open them if needed. If locked, we would need to call a locksmith and guests would be responsible for covering the fees.



    Interaction with Guests:

    This is a self-check-in property. First, note that this residential area is guard-gated. You’ll need to drive to the visitor’s gate on the right to get checked in by the guard and then continue on to the condo building. All the access information and codes needed will be sent to you before arrival.
