The Space:

Guest Access:

The property is a three-story building above the La Bodega café at 180 Manuel Pineda Street in Zona Comercial. Enter through the black wrought iron gate. Use the lockbox on the door to retrieve the keys by entering the provided code and sliding the latch. Go up to the first floor, turn left, and select the left apartment. You will have full private access to the apartment plus access to the rooftop pool. The digital door code will be sent upon arrival. Close the door and press the lock button to lock it.

Most places nearby are easy to reach on foot. Bus stops are a short walk away on main avenues, and taxis and ride-shares are readily available. The airport is approximately a 15-minute drive. Street parking is available, and guests should be mindful of local parking regulations.



Other Things to Note:

Water and power interruptions are a general issue throughout La Paz, not specific to this property, and are more common during the summer hurricane season, typically lasting 4-5 hours. These interruptions can also occur at other times of the year.

As your host, we monitor our water levels closely, and we have the option to send a water truck (pipa) if needed to keep the property supplied. To help us avoid running into these issues, we kindly ask that you use water consciously, turning it off when it's not needed. Recycled water is also an easy way to help conserve, both for us and for the environment.



Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Children and infants are welcome. No parties or events. For questions, message through the booking platform and receive timely assistance.
