One of the standout features of the property is its private rooftop terrace, offering elevated ocean and city views—perfect for relaxing, enjoying sunsets, or unwinding after a day exploring La Paz.

• La Paz International Airport (LAP): approximately 20–25 minutes

• Balandra and Tecolote beaches: approximately 25 minutes

Other Things to Note:

Salvatierra Residences is located in an area of La Paz that continues to grow and develop. Due to ongoing construction and neighborhood expansion, guests may occasionally notice daytime noise, street activity, or nearby works. These conditions are part of the natural evolution of the city and are beyond our control.



The community pool is shared and not heated. Rooftop and common areas are subject to building rules and schedules.
