Sun loungers on the terrace invite you to unwind. Just a few steps and you’re on the sand – ideal for swimming and beach fun from the first to the last day of your holiday. The sea at Playa de Cotillo, right by the house, is perfect for swimmers thanks to the tides, and little explorers can discover marine life or play in the sand. A short walk takes you to the renowned La Concha beach. On the other side of the village, surfers gather at Piedra Playa.

The Balćon de Cotillo complex is in a very quiet area, just a few minutes’ walk from the village center and old harbor of El Cotillo, directly on the beach and sea.
