Pasamos una semana estupenda.

Aunque el tiempo no acompañó durante toda la estancia, pues la mayor parte del tiempo estuvo nublado y ventoso, las comodidades de la casa, y la amabilidad de Lisseth y Gilbert nos hicieron pasar una semana inolvidable. El jacuzzy es un lujo, pues aún con el tiempo nublado se estaba en un ambiente muy agradable debido a la temperatura del agua. Muy recomendable. La casa está bastante equipada. La cama del dormitorio principal, que es elque usamos es muy cómoda, se duerme muy bien y la zona es bastante tranquila. Hay comercios cercanos, panaderías, pastelerías, restaurantes ... ¡Muy buen recuerdo me llevo de estas vacaciones!.

Lyz und Gilbert waren sehr nette und immer hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die windgeschützte Terrasse, der schöne Garten und der Whirlpool, nach unseren Wanderungen eine tolle Entspannung, haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sehr sauber und das Haus hat eine gute Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sagen danke für einen tollen Aufenthalt. Wir sehen uns bestimmt wieder. Liebe Grüße an euch zwei.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr gemütlich und ordentlich. Für Rückfragen, Bitten und Empfehlungen stehen die Besitzer einem sehr freundlich und Aufgeschlossen zur Seite. Die Lage im Ort ist ebenfalls super, da man auch zu Fuß den Ortskern schnell erreicht um dort Essen zu gehen oder einzukaufen. Der Garten ist schön begrünt, sodass es sich auch an heißen Tagen gut aushalten lässt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We were in contact with the owners Lyz and Gilbert prior to arrival, to arrange personal handover of keys. Lyz advised on the best way to manouever the hire car onto the grounds, and demonstrated the use of the electric gate. The property was very well presented, clean and tidy and tastefully furnished, with a well equipped kitchen, dining facilities inside and out, and a variety of outside areas, in shade or sun, from simple chairs to sun loungers, and, of course, the hot tub which Lyz demonstrated.. Both bedrooms were spacious, with plenty of storage space, and the shower room was well appointed, including a large walk in shower, and had an abundance of towels, plus two towelling robes for use after the hot tub. There was also a large laundry room with washing machine and a line for drying washing. Lyz and Gilbert were the perfect hosts, always contactable by text, and very charming. The area included a walkable town centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, cafes bars and restaurants, and there was an excellent chicken and chip cafe 700 metres away. Saturday, there is an artisan market. There are walking paths too, if you wish to ascend the nearby inactive volcanoes. Further afield are the beaches of the north of the island, or if you fancy going further, the busier southern resorts and a zoo are available. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely villa

We had a wonderful 2 week stay. The property is lovely with some nice character. The hosts were really nice and made us feel very welcome. Location is great for exploring the north of the island but would certainly recommend hiring a car. Also if you get chance go to the Lebanese restaurant just up the road, food was amazing, possibly the best we have had.

Alles hat gepasst

Während unseres zweiwöchigen Urlaubes hatte es sehr stark gewindet. Idealerweise verfügt dieses Haus einen schönen Garten mit einer sehr tollen Pflanzenhecke, so dass wir uns windgeschützt gemütlich auf den zwei Liegen ausruhen konnten. Ebenfalls ist der Sitzplatz sehr gut windgeschützt, so dass man auch bei starkem Wind problemlos draussen essen und sich verweilen kann. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gemütlich und nach einer Woche bekamen wir frische Bett- und Frotteewäsche. Die Vermieter Lyz und Gilbert sind an Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft kaum zu überbieten, weshalb wir dieses Haus sehr empfehlen können.

Unforgetable Holiday

We spent 3 wonderful weeks in this lovely house and had everything we need to feel comfortable. Especially the queen of the house, Lyz, did everything to make us feel comfortable and even provided us with fresh towels and bed linen once a week. That was really great! The garden is breathtaking with all the different plants and we felt very happy to sit there and relax. Lyz&Gilbert, Thank you so much for everything, we had a wonderful vacation. Gemütliches Haus mit wunderschönem Garten

Wir waren eine Woche in Lajares und haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Das großzügige Haus ist gemütlich, komfortabel und sauber und es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Ein Highlight ist der sehr schöne und gepflegte Garten mit dem tollen Jacuzzi, den wir abends gerne genutzt haben. Der Check-in hat super geklappt, die Vermieterin Lyz ist sehr nett und wir konnten sogar etwas früher als angegeben das Haus übernehmen. Der einzige Wehrmutstropfen war das schlecht funktionierende Internet und das wurde zwischenzeitlich für uns zu einem Problem, da wir es temporär beruflich nutzen mussten. In der Beschreibung bei Fewo-direkt stand bei Internet „Glasfaser“, was uns u.a. dazu veranlasst hat, dieses Haus zu mieten. Das WLAN ist aber leider sehr instabil...Ich weiß natürlich nicht, ob das Internet überhaupt auf einer Insel wie Fuerteventura irgendwo anders stabiler gewesen wäre, nur unter Glasfaser-Verbindung versteht man halt etwas anderes. Wenn man nur ab und zu mal ins Internet gehen möchte und nicht unbedingt ein stabiles Netz braucht, können wir das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Tolles Haus, schlechte Lage

Das Haus, Garten, Jacuzzi und Vermieterin alles toll. ABER: Wir hatten das Haus für 17 Tage gebucht, sind aber bereits nach 4 Nächten wieder ausgezogen. Grund direkt vor den beiden Schlafzimmern (3-4 m) verläuft die Straße, die zu unserem Unglück gerade instand gesetzt wurde. D. h. hier ging ab früh morgens der LKW-/ und normale Verkehr durch. Haben genau 1x auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt. Wen Straßen-/Verkehrslärm nicht stört ist hier richtig (wie gesagt tolles Haus und Grundstück), wer aber Ruhe sucht ist hier verkehrt, da der Verkehr immer vorbei fährt.... Wir können auch nicht verstehen, das bis auf die letzte Bewertung der Straßenverkehr hier noch nie ein Thema war?!

Schöner urlauben

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist hervorragend, das Bett war bequem und die große Terrasse ideal für ein gediegenes Urlaubsfrühstück. Unsere Gastgeberin Lyz war einfach reizend! Sie hat uns herzlich empfangen und war jederzeit erreichbar. Das Highlight war der Whirlpool, in dem wir unsere Urlaubstage entspannt ausklingen ließen. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist die Lage an der Straße, die stark befahren ist. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, sollte Ohropax dabei haben. Abgesehen davon können wir das Haus aber voll und ganz empfehlen!

Amazing villa and lovely helpful owners.

We went away for a 2nd holiday thought we would give Lajares a try. It was one of the best villas we have stayed in over 15 years of going to the island. The villa it self is very traditional all the home comforts you need are there it's a real home from home, The hot tub is a real added bonus with a stunning garden, you really cant help but relax in this villa. But I feel what really makes this villa what it is is Liz and Gilbert some of the loveliest people we have ever met only there if you needed them, we were late arriving and Liz was stood on the road to show us where the villa was at 2200. I think before we went that for the price which is so reasonable,that wrongly I didn't expect the villa to be as lovely as it was we will definitely go back there again. Katy and Nick

Excellente location !

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Gilbert et Lyz qui nous ont réservé un accueil au top ! La maison est fidèle à la description, très agréable avec son jardin, sa terrasse couverte et son jacuzzi, on s'est senti comme chez nous. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir le Nord de l'île. Si nous avons l'occasion de revenir à Fuerteventura ce sera chez vous sans hésiter !

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenhalt in der Villa Perla del Sur sehr glücklich.

Gilbert und Lyz sind sehr hilfsbereite,freundliche und kinderliebe Gastgeber. Vielen Dank dafür. Das Ferienhaus ist gepflegt und hat einen wundervollen Garten. Wir haben besonders den Whirlpool genossen. Einzig einen Geschirrspüler haben wir vermisst. Lajares selbst bietet gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf, wobei man bedenken sollte, dass es ein kleiner Ort ist. Wir würden zuückkehren. Vielen Dank an Lyz und Gilbert.
