    located 1.5 km from the center of LAJARES in a quiet residential area.
    In the center of lajares, there is a supermarket, a pharmacy, an ATM, restaurants, bakeries, surfshop, etc ...
    Ideally placed to explore the North of Fuerteventura: Hiking, mountain biking, Surfing, Sup, Kitesurf and Windsurf.
    The beaches are located on the west coast at Cotillo 9km, to the north Majanincho, Hierro 6km and to the east Corralejo 9km.

We loved the location. Walking from the house, either into the village or out into the countryside was great.The accommodation was perfect. Well equipped, very clean and comfortable. It was an extremely relaxing holiday. We would highly recommend and would return too.

Amazing villa!

Superb and quiet location bit still closr enough to bars and restaurants which are about a 20 minutes walk away. The villa is all you need, clean, spacious with a perfect pool. A lovely week spent with our teenager, just chilling and relaxing.

Siamo stati benissimo in questa villa si ha la sensazione di essere a casa tutte le comodità a portata di mano! Letti comodi, tapparelle che oscurano completamente le stanze letto, lavastoviglie ecc La casa è molto calda andache alla sera perfetta torneremo sicuramente

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed this villa ,as it was well kept and had a nice heated pool.It is situated in a very quiet and peaceful area.Some off the pictures are out of date.The pool area has four loungers and two tiki style shades and the sun shade by the doors is full length.We recommend a visit to the volcano hondo and see the chipmunks,take the dirt road as the walk is only 300m from there,or a longer route is available from Lajares.Herve is a great host we would recommend this villa.Nick and Wendy

Great Experience in a great Holiday Home

The holiday home is excellently equipped, and the kitchen in particular invites you to cook extensively. Everything was very clean and in very good condition. The location is extremely quiet and you are very undisturbed. Communication with the host was very uncomplicated. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be happy to come back

Away from it all

If you value your privacy and like to be out of the hustle and bustle then the location of the villa is perfect. Restaurants and shops etc are just a 20/30 minute walk away.The villa has lovely views and is very private, clean and spacious with everything needed for self catering. I almost don’t want to recommend this villa in case it gets fully booked up and we are unable to return!

House with great views, in quiet area.

Absolutely fantastic property, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Fabulous pool area and heated pool - warm enough even in January. Very private and secluded, but within easy walking distance of the main town, (20-30 mins walk), where there are lots of really good bars/ restaurants and delicious bakeries. All-in-all, the best house we have ever had the pleasure of holidaying in. Thank you Hervé!

Stay at Casa Juanita

I was struggling to find the property in the dark, but was saved by Hervé who found me and guided me to the door. Casa Juanita is in a fabulous location, with walking and cycling opportunities nearby and a short car or bus journey to the west and east coast beaches. The house is bright inside with a lovely terrace and pool. Fabulous!

SUPER SÉJOUR

Maison très agréable, propre, conforme aux photos, piscine avec terrasse à l'abri du vent, propriétaire très sympathique et de bons conseils. La situation de la maison, le calme et le silence permettent vraiment de se reposer, les promenades vers le volcan sont très agréables. Pajares est un très joli village très dynamique et une bonne base pour visiter l’île. Je pense que nous reviendrons.

Lovely villa with pool and volcano views

The house was really well equipped and had ceiling fans and shutters which helped when it was really hot. We had everything we need and it was very comfortable. The outdoor area was great with a heated pool which was also cleaned during our stay and lots of equipment such as beach chairs and inflatables. Hervé was a fantastic host and communicated really well with us. The directions were really helpful and we had no problem finding the house. He facilitated a late checkout for us too which was welcome. We saw birds and even a hedgehog and the local village of Lajares had some good shops and restaurants etc. It was a perfect place to relax!

Superb location and property, for a peaceful and relaxing holiday

We stayed here for two weeks at the end of June, and had a wonderful time. On arrival we were shown around, and where everything was, by the owner Hervé. Top marks to Hervé for his communication. Response was always quick, and made the whole process very smooth from start to finish. The property had everything we needed and more. All the appliances were very clean and modern. The beds were comfortable. Samsung TV, comfy couch. Outside the pool was lovely and warm, not overlooked. Cleaned weekly. The pool has a manual cover for when its not being used. There is a utility room for laundry, and BBQ provided. To reach the pool, you have to walk across the lava gravel. It wasn't a problem as such, but it does get stuck in your footwear. It would perhaps benefit from a path across It takes about 15 mins to walk to a bar called the Return Bar. Great place to eat and drink, pizza's are great! Further along the village are many bars and restaurants all great. We would love to return again. Happy Travellers Richard & Lesley.

UN 10 !!!

Nos hemos hospedado mi pareja y yo durante una semana. La casa es un ensueño, tiene todo lo que necesites y más. Urbanización tranquila, silenciosa, perfecto para desconectar. Atención maravillosa, Hervé es el mejor anfitrión que hemos tenido sin duda. Recomendable 100%, estancia inigualable.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Wir haben unseren 9 tägigen Urlaub in diesem Kleinod sehr genossen. Sauber, sehr ruhig gelegen und mit schöner Aussicht auf die Umgebung von Lajares mit seiner sehr interessanten Vulkanlandschaft. Große moderne Küche mit allen erdenklichen Ausstattungen, wirklich alles vorhanden für die Zubereitung von Frühstück und Mittag- bzw Abendessen. Gute Betten, große Bäder und sehr großzügige Terrasse. Den Pool haben wir auch ein paar Male benutzt, auch wenn es im Januar noch etwas frisch wird, vor allem Nachts. Herve, der Besitzer, hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns das Wichtigste erklärt. Zum Meer, sowohl zu den Dünen von Corralejo sowie zum Strand von El Cotillo benötigt man nicht mehr als 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Restaurants und Bars gibt es zuhauf in Lajares. Besonders empfehlen wir das Restaurant "Pueblo" in der Altstadt von Corralejo. Wir empfehlen Herves Haus gerne an Freunde und Bekannte weiter und würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier unseren Urlaub verbringen.
