TERCER AÑO SEGUIDO

Este ha sido nuestro tercer año consecutivo que vamos a este apartamento. Está bien cuidado, dispone de nevera grande, para nosotros es importante, lavadora y otros electrodomésticos. Además este año habían cambiado el mobiliario de la terraza, mucho más cómodo. Bien situado, cerca de la piscina. Gracias por todo a Colin. Manel y Maite

NOS GUSTA MUCHO LA UBICACIÓN DEL APARTAMENTO POR SU TRANQUILIDAD Y FÁCIL ACCESO A LA PISCINA. ESTÁ BIEN EQUIPADO. EL TRATO CON COLIN EXQUISITO, PERO CON UN POCO DE ESPAÑOL MÁS TODAVÍA SERÍA MEJOR. (YO TAMBIÉN TENGO QUE APRENDER MÁS INGLÉS). LO HEMOS PASADO MUY BIEN. GRACIAS. WE LIKE A LOT OF LOCATION OF THE APARTMENT FOR ITS TRANQUILITY AND EASY ACCESS TO THE SWIMMING POOL. IT IS WELL EQUIPPED. THE TREATMENT WITH COLIN EXQUISITE, BUT WITH A LITTLE SPANISH MORE STILL WOULD BE BETTER. (I ALSO HAVE TO LEARN MORE ENGLISH). WE HAD A GOOD TIME. THANK YOU

Lovely complex

Property was super clean, great location for Grandes Playas - 10 minute walk, bit further to central strip, suited us as at home we drive everywhere, so was good for a bit of exercise!Campanario for bars and supermarket less than 10 minutes, great location for bus station, got the bus several times to Puerto Rosario where you can carry on to Caleta de Fuste, also bus nearby for el cotillo.Immediate response from owner regarding any queries, would recommend.

Great stay in super apartment

We had a wonderful home from home stay in this lovely apartment in this really well looked after residential complex in beautiful Corralejo. Cannot fault the whole experience from booking to check out.Great communication from all invoved .. thanks for a great stay.

Nice apartment in a quiet complex, a little bit far from the centre for my liking, pleasant owner and easy communication with her. Would not book again only because it was a little too far from the centre of the town

Great Christmas find

Had a great 10 day xmas holiday (December 23) stayed in a lovely apartment on a good complex within easy reach of all main shopping and beach. Booking easy and good communiction with owners. Would definitely book again.

A very pleasant stay

Lovely Stay

Apartment located in the sunniest spot at this beautiful complex. The patio area is comfortable and ideal for a tea or coffee after an afternoon by the large pool. The patio is in a quiet and reasonably secluded area. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything that was needed for a lovely stay. The availability of English TV and a large selection of films was a welcome feature. I should also add that the apartment manager was very helpful. We will certainly be booking again in the future.

Comfortable apartment in attractive, quiet complex with good pool.

Quiet location close to beaches and shops. Affordable apartment ideal for a couple and very comfortable with everything you need and a helpful manager just a phone call away. English TV is available. Lovely pool and grounds for a relaxing holiday with no rowdy neighbours and good security.

Far from beautiful - a real disappointment and ruined holiday

Communication with Nikki had been good. However, we arrived at the property to find it dirty, smelly and in need of some tlc. Initially, I decided to clean the sticky kitchen, dirty cupboard handles and utensils. I removed everything from the worktop and began cleaning only to find what we were told were cockroach droppings in the corner - not what you want to find on a worktop. As for the rest of the apartment, the walls were grubby, there was a thick layer of dust on the light fittings and skirting. The bathroom was very tired, the bottom 6" of the door frame mouldy and warped, and the shower sealant black with mould. The towels and bedding were old and stained and to cap it all, so was the mattress and I'm not talking about a spilled cup of coffee :-( not nice. There was no way we could stay, and whilst we appreciated the quick offer of a refund, we had no alternative accommodation. An online search revealed little alternative in the way of apartments and with a flight leaving literally 3 and a half hours later, we decided to cut our losses and fly home, losing hundreds of pounds on car hire and flights. I understand we aren't the first to have decided not to stay in the apartment and I hope the owners now do something about it before anyone else's holiday is ruined.

Perfect Location

Well situated apartment, well equipped, with access to lovely large pool

This a great property for a couple if you like swimming and eating out on a terrace and calm and privacy. The bed is so comfortable and plenty of towels supplied. The local basic supplies supermarket is only 7 minutes walk away and a beach cocktail and live music bar is only a 6 minutes walk. The managers are friendly and helpful and make the check in and out process easy.

Prima appartement, rustige locatie

We hebben het heel fijn gehad in het appartement van Nikki en Ross. Appartement is klein maar fijn. Prima voor 2 personen. Het complex is heel rustig. Voornamelijk oudere mensen. In februari van ongeveer 9.30 tot 17.30 uur zon op het eigen terras voor het appartement, heerlijk! Het appartement en het zwembad liggen beneden straat niveau en alles is ommuurd, dus geen last van de wind. Locatie is prima. Op loopafstand van winkelcentrum El Campanario. Naar het strand en het centrum van Corralejo is te lopen, maar is een flinke wandeling. Wij hadden fietsen gehuurd, dat was ideaal. Zowel Nikki als de contactpersoon ter plaatse, Davy, reageren heel snel op berichtjes. Ontvangst door Davy was allerhartelijkst. Er is geen parkeerplaats bij het complex. Langs de straat was het wel druk, maar altijd nog een plek voor de auto gevonden. We hadden tv ontvangst extra bijgeboekt voor 7 euro. Daarmee konden we alle Nederlandse tv kanalen ontvangen (maar ook alle andere landen) en via de app op de tv inloggen op ons eigen Netflix account. (Maar ook bv Amazon prime of Disney+ zat erop). In februari zijn de avonden nog te koud om buiten te zitten, dus konden we films kijken. Kortom: aanrader! Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding goed.

Fine,only minor issues

Clean apartment. Too close to and overlooked by neighbouring apartments in all rooms to some extent,otherwise fine. Wouldn't say it was anything special (beautiful is not really correct) but the pool,location and value was fine for the price,I was well looked after by Davy and the apartment was perfectly clean and tidy with all the required facilities for making food. If I was being pedantic I would say that some of the pans were scratched so they should be replaced (no doubt the fault of previous guests). Everything worked fine including the wifi - the speed was quite decent. The TV has hdmi so either bring a cable for your laptop or firetv,chromecast etc and it will work fine. It is less than 5 minutes walk to the bus station so if you are travelling at regular times you can easily change at Puerto Del Rosario and get to/from the airport for just €3.90 (every half hour) rather than using a personal transfer which will cost you 10-15 times more. The coaches that Tiadhe run will take all your luggage too just the same as a personal transfer will and are,as you'd expect in Spain,efficient and reliable,but the timetables are a little confusing (they don't have times for each stop,but I would estimate the bus takes 8-10 minutes to get to/from the end of the route

Nice quiet complex

Pool ice cold . Very quiet which was lovely. Nice little apartment, good shower. Pretty and well kept complex. CORRELEJO main area about 20-30 min walk. Nothing on the property site. Ie bar, shop. Nearest supermarket even for water was 10 -15mins each way.
