Located within the quiet and fully secure “Les Marquises 1” complex, this magnificent two-story three-bedroom apartment is designed for the comfort and peace of mind of families of up to 6 people.

The apartment’s biggest draw is its private terrace: you can enjoy all your meals there while taking in a breathtaking ocean view and keeping an eye on the surroundings.

The apartment features a separate bedroom downstairs for parents (140 cm double bed). Upstairs, the large loft will delight children and teens with its second double bed (140 cm) and an extra armchair bed (60 cm). The living room also features an excellent 160 cm sofa bed.

To make your daily life as parents easier, the apartment includes essential appliances: a dishwasher (to save you the hassle of washing dishes on vacation), an oven, a microwave, and a very convenient washing machine for cleaning swimsuits after a day at the beach.

The apartment is managed by La Conciergerie des Palmiers. You’ll receive a personalized welcome upon arrival to ensure a smooth check-in.

Travel light: Sheets and towels are not included, allowing you to manage your budget. However, to avoid overpacking your family’s luggage, our concierge service offers a complete on-site linens rental service (upon request made at least 48 hours in advance).

Check-in Hours: Check-in is by appointment only from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (off-season) and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (summer season). Please provide your exact arrival time so we can ensure the best possible welcome.

Please note: This is a non-smoking property; pets are not allowed. Due to its duplex layout with stairs, it is not suitable for people with limited mobility.

In the summer, rentals are available only on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday.

The Hyères train station and Toulon-Hyères Airport are a 15-minute drive away. The ferry terminal for the Îles d’Or (Porquerolles, Port-Cros) is within walking distance from the harbor.
Information on the Security Deposit:

During your online booking, a simple bank pre-authorization (card hold) will be placed at the same time as your payment.

Rest assured: this is not a charge, but a temporary hold.

This hold covers:

€500 for the apartment security deposit (in case of property damage).

This amount will not be debited from your account. The pre-authorization will be automatically released at the end of your stay if everything is in order.
