Location was excellent! It was a busy time to visit, but we managed to find lots of lovely walks that were not crazy busy. Francesca was friendly and fun and full of great local tips. I'd love to go back in the Spring to see her stunning garden!

Our stay at this casita was absolutely perfect! It was spotless, cozy, and ideal for a couple’s getaway. The location couldn’t have been better, just minutes from the beach, great restaurants, coffee spots, and even hiking trails. Francesca was extremely warm and friendly. She even helped me locate an umbrella when I desperately needed one! The property is super nice, comfortable, well maintained, and one of the nicest I’ve stayed at. Loved it. Bed was very comfortable.

The apartment is nice but our whole experience was ruined because we were not allowed use of the patio and garden area, despite it being heavily advertised. The main house in front was rented and had exclusive use during the time we were there. There was no notice of this and it was quite embarrassing dealing with the other renters. Additionally, the property manager was on vacation and did not respond to our phone calls and texts for 48 hours.

Couldn’t ask for a better location in La Jolla. Could walk to everything and it was a very peaceful setting.
