The location of this condo really can't be beat. Easy walking access to the beach and town, plus parking! We also found the condo clean and comfortable. The beds were good and the kitchen was outfitted well. One concern was the door to the balcony did not have a lock. It had a dowel so we were safe, but the sliding door to the balcony did not fit very well and had a locking mechanism that didn't connect to anything. It looked jerryrigged. Also, the elevator in the building seemed somewhat unreliable and prone to electrical problems so we mostly used the stairs. The hallway, stairwell, and lobby were all pretty dark, so some safety concern there as well. Finally, we visited in December and a throw blanket and electric fire place would have been welcome!

The view was wonderful! lots of seating inside to enjoy the large windows. Very convenient parking and easy walk along the water. We got to really enjoy walking to the tide pools and the seals and sea lions. The kitchen was also well equipped!

Perfect location and wonderful condo!

Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely come back!! This was our first time visiting La Jolla, and it did not disappoint!! Condo was in a perfect location across from beautiful beach and walkable to so many shops and restaurants! Beach never felt crowded and never had trouble finding a parking spot by the condo as our truck would not fit in the parking garage. Condo was clean and well equipped, beds were very comfortable! Loved the washer/dryer combo! Honestly can’t say enough good things!!

Absolutely PERFECT location. Right across the street from the tide pools. Perfect for a family or a couples trip. Walking distance from amazing shopping and restaurants. Wonderful Oceanfront retreat

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! The parking garage made parking a breeze and we spent lots of time on the balcony listening to the waves and soaking up the sunshine. We will be back!

Lovely condo, spectacular view!

This condo is in such a beautiful location. The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable, spacious, and well outfitted. Property managers are EXCELLENT! While the property description says the condo is accessible, it really means there is an elevator and someone with a wheelchair can maneuver inside. The bathrooms are not accessible and the beds are really too high for anyone with mobility limitations. There are work-arounds, just be be aware.

La Jolla Trip

We are from Arizona and wanted to spend a few days by the ocean. I enjoyed watching the sunset in the evenings and walking by the waves every morning. We also really enjoyed watching the seals play in the waves. Great location most everything was within walking distance accept the grocery store. so get what you need, than park the car and enjoy! I would definitely stay here again.

Property was very clean and well equipped with an outstanding ocean view. Appreciated the comfort of the furniture. Sunset views were really special. Very reasonable (~8-10 mins) walk to sea lions, beaches, plenty of great restaurants but if you need it there is a parking space. Property management was very prompt in responding to questions.

Amazing view

This is hard because the house and view was great. The problem I had was I was staying to recovery from surgery so I was there the whole time. The problem is they informed me the day I checked in that there would be construction above us the whole time we would be there. They said they would accommodate me for that but I haven’t heard anything. There was a lot of pounding from around 10am to 1 or so. There wasn’t any construction on the weekend. The other problem I had was your washer and dryer doesn’t work very well. It doesn’t dry. It’s takes 3 to 4 hours to dry 2 things. I never could wash any towels or more than a few light items at a time. That was more disappointing then anything. I rent a place if it has a washer and dryer in the place. I don’t want to go to the garage to do my laundry. The toaster didn’t work either. The view was amazing! Loved the location.

Great Condo and Location

This condo is great. The decor is updated and is like it shows in the pictures. The location is walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The view is amazing! It was so nice to sit out on the deck to watch the sunset. We experienced a couple issues during our stay including the check-in process, but the host was quick to address our issues to a satisfactory conclusion. We would love to stay here again in the future.

This place was amazing, right across the street from the beach. It had a little front patio where we would sit and watch the sunset. And no parking issues because it has a garage. I would definitely stay here again if I were to go to La Jolla.

A Dreamy Stay

My sister and I spent a wonderful 4 days at this condo. The ocean view is terrific. The location is walking distance to Museum of Contemporary Art, shops and restaurants. It is close to groceries and other needs. The condo is light and airy with tasteful coastal decor. Kitchen well equipped. Great balcony from which to watch sunsets. Garage parking for one car. Management was readily available as a resource. Great communication. Highly recommend.

La Jolla vacay

Absolutely perfect location. Walk to restaurants, shopping and groceries enjoyed the sound of the ocean from our balcony and watching sunrise and sunset. Property was very comfortable and meeting with the host was excellent. Extremely nice to have our own parking slot in the garage. Never had to worry about where to find a spot. We will definitely stay here again.
