Amazing Wedding Weekend!

The communication and help provided by the owners as excellent and quick on each encounter. The 3D view online is very cool and helpful to get a true picture of the layout. The walk to the beach was so short. We went back and forth many times. There are several levels but no one had issues with the stairs so don’t let it scare you. This was a great property to stay at!

Great Getaway!

Loved staying at this location. The beach house was super clean and had all the extra supplies we needed. Walking distance (even with kids) to a nice, clean beach. Owner responds right away if you have any questions. We will be back and highly reccomend staying at this beach house.

Great weekend getaway

Needed a change of scenery from LA. This condo, just a short walk from Windansea beach, was just the ticket. Chris and Katie were very accessible and accommodating hosts. Not all coastal places have A/C, and as we spent the weekend during a heat wave, it made for very comfortable stay. The family and I would definitely return.

Awesome location to LaJolla beach, and waking distance to shops, etc. Management was very responsive and provided personal cellphone in case I had any issues. My family and I will attempt to return each year.

Fantastic house and owners!

A group of 8 stayed at this delightful property for my birthday (all traveling from the east coast). The owners made the booking, check-in/out and overall process a dream. I've honestly never had such an easy process as I had with them - they were super responsive, gave outstanding recommendations (HUGE bonus in my book) and helped ease any stress of planning our stay. The house was exactly as described and perfect for our group - no waiting for showers or the bathroom, as there are 3. It was clean, modern and had a nice layout for us. The stairs were no issue for us. The master bedroom had a full wall of mirrors so the 7 ladies could all get ready with ample lighting, visuals and access to power outlets (very important). The living room was perfect for us to gather and unwind. We actually spent most nights there after dinner because it was so comfortable. Also, the beach and sunset view from indoors was on point! The overall location was super convenient - we walked to breakfast every morning, walked to see the seals at the Cove. I got a terrific 6-mile run in without issue and felt extremely safe walking any and everywhere. Also, Ubers had zero issues finding us. Without hesitation I recommend this property. We'll definitely stay here again when we return to San Diego!

Stunning La Jolla Getaway!

Chris and Katie were so helpful through the entire process of booking and staying at their property. I booked months in advance, and regardless of how far away my check-in date was, they were always answering my questions quickly! They also sent me a detailed list of things to do in La Jolla and San Diego including everything from night life to coffee shops to activities. Their property was absolutely pristine and gorgeous. The beds were so comfortable and we adored waking up to the sunrise every morning from those beautiful massive skylights! The check-in and check-out process was painless, and if I ever had any questions, Chris and Katie were a text away. I highly recommend this property to anyone considering it. I booked it for a bachelor party of five girls. We’re all pretty low-key and just wanted a gorgeous place to enjoy and relax in before the wedding. Between being steps from the beach and a short drive to the boulevard, Chris and Katie’s place was absolutely perfect!! Thank you for everything—I will certainly book again!

Perfect location and gorgeous home

This property was exactly as advertised and our group really, really enjoyed the stay. Everyone commented on how nice the place was. There were 9 adult women in our group and we found there to be plenty of sleeping space and it didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The location was fantastic for beach purposes. Getting to downtown wasn't too bad either. I would definitely stay in this same location again.

Ocean Getaway!

This is the perfect location, walking distance to the ocean and great for a big group! Property was very clean and beds were very comfortable. It is a 5 lvl building so be prepared for stairs, but my group liked that as it gave us our own space when we needed it.

Convenient location/well stocked but property needs TLC

This is a 5 level property meaning lots of stairs. We had seniors in our group so this was a challenge. Property description does not state anything about the many levels. Also, AC was not working so fans were provided and we were told to keep windows open to keep the house cool, so noise level in the mornings was an issue making sleeping in an impossible feat. Water pressure was weak in the showers and the kitchen sink, toilets ran unless you jiggled the handles, screen door to the "patio" was not secured to its track, dirty kitchen upon arrival, one stove burner not functioning. Parking spaces off the alley convenient but you have to walk right by stinky trash receptacles coming in and going out. The house was well stocked with towels, bedding, bathroom toiletries, kitchen staples. The TV's (3) were all functioning and wifi and cable were satisfactory. AC is listed as an amenity on the property description but was not available as mentioned. It happened to be a very muggy week in La Jolla and the top two levels of the house got very warm in the afternoon and evening. Plus there are no window coverings and when the sun comes up, you are up. AC was one of the criteria I was looking for and would never have rented this property had I been provided this information before booking. The list of Cons outweighed the Pros but the property is conveniently located and if you don't mind a little dirt/dust; the noise from all the fans running 24/7, lack of AC, or lots of stairs, then you will be fine.

Wonderful stay

Matt and Chris went above and beyond in helping to make our stay special. Roses and chocolates were there upon our arrival as we had requested for our friend’s 50th birthday weekend kickoff! The house was just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to shopping and restaurants. We very much appreciated the responsiveness of Matt and Chris with questions throughout our stay as well.

My uncle and his family like friends had a wonderful vacation at La Jolla Holiday. That place was well maintained and perfect for 3 couples. The owner was helpful and friendly welcoming guest. One request is please equip the kitchen with Kitchen scissor. They'd needed it desperately! They said it was very memorable time staying in La Jolla Holiday!
