The house and yard had everything we needed for our extended family. Beautiful, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels for after beach days, beach chairs, the jacuzzi was nice after boogie boarding and the outdoor shower was handy. Basketball hoop was nice for the kids as well, and plenty of seating indoors and out. The host was also easy to get in touch with and very communicative.

Nice family vacation home

We enjoyed our week at this La Jolla home. Location was convenient to beaches, downtown shops, aquarium. Kids loved playing in the backyard and found the upstairs sleeping cubby charming. Property manager responded promptly when questions arose.

We had a lovely stay. The house was roomy for our family of 6. We were walking distance to restaurant and Windandsea Beach. The hot tub was a win! The owner was super nice. We would rent again.

Great Location

The location was great for us with proximity to beach and shops in walking distance. There were maintenance issues that should have been attended to before our arrival. The owner did try to remediate the issues after we arrived. For the most part, the space worked well for our extended family.

La Jolla Getaway House

This was a great property with everything we needed to enjoy the great La Jolla attractions, and be able to come back at night to a place that had everything we needed to relax and unwind. We wanted to save money by eating in, and they had everything we needed for that. Also, plenty of beds and bathrooms for us and our kids!

Family Reunion

Well-stocked with lots of space for two young families. The two Master bedrooms were perfect for the two families and the extra bedrooms accommodated 5 children. The outdoor spaces to lounge and eat helped with plenty of seating for meals. Close enough to the beach to walk, although you have to cross a busy street at one poing. Overall stay was amazing!

Unperfect paradise

Home could have been much cleaner. Sticky substance on drawers, when wiping up kitchen floor, paper towel showed black. Some mold in barhroom, no kleenex. Yard is great, very functional, serene and comfortable. We have rented approximately thirty homes through vrbo, this one is among the worst for cleanliness. Location is fantastic, near beaches and attractions

Very good family place

Outdoor property was ideal for three children, ages 2,3 and 8. Including seven adults we had plenty of space. Bedrooms and bathrooms were ideal for our group. Host was very helpful with our questions and needs. Location was ideal with lovely walks to shore. Hope to revisit.

Great Family Spot

Great light filled space for my sister and my family with a lot of teens. This place is a regular home, so it has a more "lived in DIY" feel then a corporate property, but for us that was great. Lovely kitchen with tons of gadgets, great hot tub and outdoor backyard, basketball for my nephew, teen friendly spaces and even a Kawaii piano for my daughter to practice on. 10 minute stroll to fantastic beach and sunsets. Would definitely return and recommend.

Your home was just what we needed. I’m not sure we could count the bed in the cubby hole as a viable sleeping spot though. Minor issues- a few overhead lights out, 1st floor bathroom ( toilet seat needs replacing, directions for the many, many remotes (? all for the TV).

Location is everything

Accurate depiction of property. This owner does everything they can to have all you need for your trip. They have all the stuff. Amazing location. The only thing I would consider when booking is if you have pets. They have a lot of rules which is okay but a bit strict about pets.

Great Stay in La Jolla

One of our best VRBO experiences! The house was super clean when we arrived snd very well appointed. Comfy beds, fluffy and soft towels and bed linens, well stocked kitchen and great layout for our multi generation family. One of this properties best features is its great outdoor spaces, we enjoyed eating outdoors for almost every meal. Walkable to the beach, and plenty of parking. We will be booking again!

Great location

The house, backyard and location were all outstanding. Beach, dinning, coffee, bagels, dinning, market are all walking distance. The weather was great and we eat are meals outside. The yard is fenced in so if you have a dog it is great. The kitchen was stocked and very functional. Master bedroom was hug and very comfortable. We had six adults and the house held them easily. Only negative was the check in was 50 minutes late and when we asked for a late checkout we were denied. Also, ocean view is extremely limited. Despite that I would highly recommend this house and location.

Incredible property

This property is so clean and well appointed. It has everything you will need and more. The linens were so clean with fluffy towels and crisp sheets, like staying at a top hotel chain. The kitchen is a Dream kitchen. It was too cold to do any al fresco dining but we appreciated the lovely outdoor areas. The 2 huge flatscreen Smart TVs made for great group Netflix watching.

Great family stay

This house is spacious for a large family. Everything was labeled for convenience and the owner was very responsive with communication. The neighborhood was quiet yet the beach was in walking distance, as is a gourmet market and some eateries. The yard was fully enclosed for our dog. We were teens and adults.

Perfect stay in La Jolla

The home was perfect size for our family, including a surprisingly large yard for the kids to play. The proximity to the beach and quietness of the neighborhood made for an ideal stay - will certainly look to stay here again.
