    Upon entering this 3,600 sq ft luxury retreat, you'll be welcomed by panoramic ocean views that stretch across every bedroom and the main living areas. The property spans 3 levels, with an Otis elevator and spiral staircase, providing easy access between them. The main floor offers an open layout featuring a comfortable seating area, a dining space, and a fully equipped dream kitchen with high-end appliances and a breakfast bar for 2. Nearby French doors open onto a spacious balcony where you can savor your meals while soaking in the stunning ocean vistas. A dedicated media room with a flat-screen TV ensures entertainment for all. The second level houses an additional living area with a trundle bed and a convenient half-bath. Ascend the stairs to the top floor, where you'll discover 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 3 luxurious bathrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a private ocean-view balcony, an en-suite bathroom with a gorgeous bathtub, and ample closet space.     - Trash service: The porter will open the garage every Friday morning to take the trash out to the curb and return it inside after service.

    - As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

    - Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.

Spectacular Spot

This home is positioned in an amazing area of La Jolla. Oceanfront property with an amazing view, quick access to nice up scale restaurants and shops. The night life is fun, and the day time is relaxing. This home was a perfect place for a nice relaxing vacation. I would definitely recommend coming here again.

La Jolla Stay

We had a lovely stay at this property! Amazing location and can’t beat the view. Our son loved being so close to the sea lions and we loved the proximity to all the restaurants, coffee shops, and galleries. The manager was very responsive and took care of any issues that came up.

Amazing location and terrific views. We walked everywhere. Great closet and pantry made it easy to stay organized, kitchen perfect. Host was super helpful. The street is busy but it was quiet inside and it was easy to forget the street was there once inside since the living space is higher up and you can only see the cliffs and water.

Amazing Place.

Super clean place and perfect location in La Jolla. Directly across the street from the cove. You will see and something’s hear the sea lions. Ultra modern but warm and clean. Everything was thought through by the hosts and the customer service is the best I have experienced. Will definitely be back and hopefully are able to book here again.
