Clean and comfortable space, great communication

The property was exactly as it was described and pictured in the listing, and was very clean throughout! Well stocked kitchen for basic cooking during our stay.The property management company was extremely communicative - starting a couple of days prior with reminders about check-in times and property information, during the stay and even at the end of our stay with reminders about check-out procedures. We had a couple of minor things pop up while we were there and I could easily text them and receive an immediate response with the issues taken care of within a couple of hours.The location was great - 1 block from the beach (with a popular surfing spot), and a quick drive in either direction to get to restaurants and shops. Also an easy drive to/from San Diego. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Beach Getaway – Beautiful Home, Great Location, Excellent Host

We had a fantastic stay! The home was beautifully appointed, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location couldn’t be better—just a short block to the beach with a gorgeous view. Communication with the property manager was seamless and responsive from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Beautiful wonderful La Jolla

We really enjoyed the stay in the Kai vista Condo. I would rent this unit again. The view was wonderful. Once we acclimatised to no AC ( they did provide a portable unit) we enjoyed the unit. There are about 30 steps to the unit so lugging suitcases is a bit of a chore, but very doable. The unit is supplied with kitchen ware and everything works nicely. The washer/dryer worked very well. The leather couch needs sealing and the dining chairs could use some gliders, because they can make a loud scraping noise when moved.

We had a great time. Location was ideal and weather was beautiful. Had a small problem with the bathroom door which was quickly addressed. The picture of the ocean view of the unit is no longer entirely accurate due to a new building which limits your view. The building is not completed yet so I assume that picture will be corrected.

Great property in amazing location.

Loved drinking my coffee on the covered deck while viewing the ocean. Then, walking a very short distance to stairs that take you right down to a perfect spot on the beach.

Everything you need- 2 masters, king beds, well stocked kitchen - walking distance or short drive to restaurants. We did experience crazy construction while we were there and the property management took great care of us and were able to relocate us to another awesome property! i highly recommend Bluewater.

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was perfect for my husband and I and another couple. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Having two en-suite bathrooms was a huge plus. While we chose not to cook during our stay, the kitchen was well equipped. The ocean views were incredible! We liked the location as it was close to so many restaurants and shopping. The management company was very welcoming and responsive to our communication. I definitely recommend this property!

La Jolla Views

We loved everything about this property! The location and the views were amazing. It was perfect for us and another couple to stay. Both of the en suite baths were a plus. The kitchen and bedroom were stocked with everything we could possibly want. Close to downtown shopping and a grocery. Walking out the front door to the beach was not a bad way to spend a vacation. Thank you for having us!

Beach Getaway

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay ! We absolutely LOVED our stay here. Literally a 1-minute walk from the driveway to the beach … and beach/ocean views from the third floor balcony. Everything was perfect. Only thing that could have been sorted was the Wi-Fi was spotty but I blame myself for not texting them because I know if I did they probably would have sorted it right away. Bluewater run a professional a1 service
