This superb 52 m2 accommodation with its large covered terrace of 22 m2 was delivered in 2024. It is tastefully decorated in a modern and design style, it is very well designed to easily live in it for up to 5 people.

On request, we can provide you with a cot with a mattress.

Wifi is free and secure. Its speed will allow you to telework in complete safety. A teleworking space is organized in each of the rooms.

The apartment is located in the residential area of the sunset, right next to the city center. An area where life is good all year round with its restaurants (more than 10), its bars, its large beach, its green spaces,...

Near the building, you have a bakery, a bar, 2 restaurants and a pharmacy. The Lidl and Super U supermarkets are less than 200 meters away.

The Partouche casino is at the end of the street.

Bed linen, towels, kitchen towel and bath mat are included in the reservation. On arrival, the beds are made. The cleaning and laundry fees are 90€ and are to be added to the cost of the stay displayed on Leboncoin.

Our animal friends are allowed to stay in the accommodation. Their presence must be confirmed at the time of booking.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and on the terrace.

The reception is done in person or in total autonomy with the key box depending on your arrival times and our prior exchanges.

The accommodation has a parking space in the secure parking lot of the residence.

When you leave, we thank you for leaving the accommodation in a normal state of cleanliness. In case of abuse, you may be asked for an additional fee.
