What an amazing spot in the world! We absolutely loved our stay! The location couldn’t be better as access to MERA is literally across the road. We had a wonderful time walking our dogs and enjoying the area. Great dog friendly home! The property is quiet and we were able to relax and unwind. This is one of the best stocked/supplied VRBO’s that we have stayed at and we stay at a lot of them. Cheers!

Great space for our family coming to La Grande for a wedding reception. Really enjoyed the deck which was a great gathering space for those of us who stayed in the house and a few more who stayed in town. Even heard some elk bugles one clear, crisp morning. Appreciate the pet friendly house and fenced space.

Cabin in the Woods

It is a beautiful rustic property in a beautiful location in the woods with a fenced in yard for the kiddos and large dogs. It felt very secluded, yet it's only a few miles from all of the conveniences of LaGrande. The main area to cook, eat and socialize is large. The bedrooms are comfy and the master suite and bathroom is very nice. You can see the trail head for the MERA from the kitchen window where there are retails to hike and mountain bike. I will definitely stay there again!

Fantastic vrbo

This cabin is one of the prettiest and idyllic we’ve ever stayed at! It’s nestled in the woods at the top of the mountain near Mt Emily recreation, a quick drive down the hill to town. The house itself is very well stocked and the beds are definitely the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in at a VRBO. We really enjoyed the comfortable deck and fenced in backyard for the pups! Wes and Micah are great communicators! We can’t wait to return for a longer visit!

High end cabin experience

I frequently do road trips across the US with my two pups, and I used to stay at roadside motels, but this time I decided to use VRBO, and I was blown away at how awesome this place was. First off, the arrival was really easy given that there is a huge driveway and an extra wide covered parking stall that could support two Ford F150s. There is a big fenced off area so i put the dogs there first. Then the entire area was well lit, which made unloading easy. The door had a digital lock amd it was easy to get in. The cabin was nice and toasty, there were plenty of plates, cups, towels, etc. There were also nice little additions like a towel to use for cleaning the dogs. The interior was perfectly renovated, and it was obvious they spent a lot of money. There were plenty of new TVs, board games, wifi... pretty much everything you could want. And finally, everything was labled so things were easy to find. Would highly reccomend for people who are fed up with going to the big cities for holidays and staying at overpriced 5 star hotels. I, myself, am from Whistler, Canada, and I much prefer authentic cabin experiences like this one.
