"It took 30 minutes to check in. Staff was stressed and unprofessional. Hotel smelled bad, first room smelled like cigarettes. Second room smelled like kitty litter. Had to change rooms due to first room not being able to lock. This process took an additional hour due to understaffing. Bedding was thin and uncomfortable. For the price this was a terrible experience. "

"What an amazing spot in the world! We absolutely loved our stay! The location couldn’t be better as access to MERA is literally across the road. We had a wonderful time walking our dogs and enjoying the area. Great dog friendly home! The property is quiet and we were able to relax and unwind. This is one of the best stocked/supplied VRBO’s that we have stayed at and we stay at a lot of them. Cheers!"

On their website said no charge por service dog.. I wonder why they charge me. I will ask at checkout. But staff is okay."
