"L’appartement est idéalement situé dans une petite résidence avec parking, et au pieds des pistes du Bettex. Il est spacieux, traversant, très lumineux avec une vue sur la montagne. Nous y avons séjourné 2 semaines en août dernier avec 2 adolescents et avons pu profité de la piscine extérieure.L’appartement est très bien pour les vacances estivales ainsi que pour les vacances de ski. "

Très propre, une décoration chaleureuse, très bien placé, très bien équipé, face aux montagnes dans le quartier Les Beules, au calme, à 10 minutes à pied du centre du village, à 5 minutes à pied du Giffre ! Une grande télé, avec toutes les chaines, le wifi (toujours utile). Et une très bonne literie ! On se gare facilement ! On s'y sentait vraiment bien et cela nous...

"Overall it's a small apartment with all the necessities to be comfortable during the week. If I had to warn about something, it'd be the lack of an elevator (old buildings in Annecy don't usually have them and this was on the first floor, but if you have any mobility issues you should talk to the owner). It's not a 5-star hotel, but it's definitely a comfy space to sleep and eat while you spend the day around town!"

"Right in the centre of the town so plenty of bars and restaurants. Nearest lift 5 min walk. Nearest bus for linked areas 5 min walk. Upstairs is tight for space but works OK. Overall would recommend."

Bruno gave us excellent tips to help our stay go smoothly especially when we drove to Chamonix. The apartment was large, clean, with lovely views of the mountains. "
