"The cabin style home was amazing, I stayed with my 3 kids for almost a week. The home was very equipped in the bathroom and kitchen. I cooked 1-2 times a day and had al the utensils and tools needed for the kitchen. The size of the area was perfect. The views were amazing. It felt like home for us. The kids explored the surrounding of the home. The prize was more than worth it as the home was great. The hosts were also really communicative. "A month living as Ticos in the Casa Amarilla - great people, beautiful location and reasonable price. We would recommend it for anyone looking for a long term rental in a quiet small town near La Fortuna. There are a multitude of entertainment activities in the area. We did not rent a car and found Uber and taxi transportation readily available. All the recommended staff were excellent. They were very kind, timely and helpful when minor problems occurred. Host responded fast and everything presented as shown…we wish we could of stayed longer to try all the recommendations Hick up was the hot water on demand system wasn’t working host came with electrician to fix however needed a replacement on demand unit and stores not open… came back Monday am… very responsive "

"Very nice coupel which is having this place, very personal and seems to be in the middle of the jungle. In the night you can here all the mystic sounds of the jungle when standing on the patio in front of the room. Typical breakfast, very tasty. Good to make trips to el arenal or the therm baldi. You need a car though."
