This property had it all. We had an amazing weekend and accommodations were perfect. The marina delivered a boat to us and the lake was amazing. The perfect getaway location.

This home is as lovely as advertised. We had 20 people and there is plenty of room for everyone. The property managers were extremely responsive to our requests and that is such a plus when considering where to book.Many thanks to Britney. We plan to visit this house again!

Everything was great. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, good grill, and the theatre room is a great way to watch a big game, gaming, or a family movie. Responses were well within normal response times too. Zero boat traffic in the cove was great for swimming and dock time. 10-15 min no wake zone to get to open water at the jumping bridge. Close to the marina too.

Lovely Ladies Women’s Retreat

This was our 2nd year staying & it was amazing! Plenty of sleeping space & we could all enjoy meals together because the tables are big enough.

Do your research on the area before staying

The house is very nice and spacious. It’s great all rooms have king bedrooms. Even the bunk rooms have kings. We were disappointed that the pictures showed a dock to fish on but when we arrived it was removed for the season. We were there at the end of March and had nice weather. The area to fish is very steep and you really can’t stand there. The arcade game was broken. One of the deadbolts didn’t lock. The property managers are rude to communicate with if you mention something wrong or have a question, the fireplace area is very closed off and up against a large concrete wall (not very relaxing) there is new construction going on next to the property and it’s loud all day long. There is nothing close by. The closest grocery or “restaurant” is 15-20 mins away. Anything worth doing is an hour or more away. The house is built into a large mountain. There is nowhere to walk when neighbors houses are rented it wjll be hard to park and get out. It’s just super narrow and nowhere to maneuver. I take blame for not researching the area but the rudeness of the property managers is something I have never encountered before. All in all. Read the description and contract very closely. Research the area and know it’s very isolated and in the mjddle of nowhere.

Amazing House

This house was incredible. So nice, very clean. Met our needs just right to accommodate a large team plus adults. Love that most every bed is a king! The kitchen was phenomenal with all the things you’ll possibly need. Hot tub seems very new, large and very clean! Would definitely stay here again.

Nailed it

We are 5 families who get together every 2 or 3 years, rent a house, and have a blast. This property seemed to be custom fit for us. Every room has a bathroom. The kitchen was never crowded. There are plentiful common areas to hang out and lots to do. The water was great. Do be prepared to walk over 100 steps from the kitchen to the water. The only negative mark is for the big metal hinge that connects the dock to gangway...it is as slick as ice and a couple of us went down hard...grip tape is needed.

Family vaca

The house was a great set up for a large family of all ages. The covered porches were a huge plus and added a lot of space so we never felt like we were on top of each other. The water was a little dirty when we arrived since it’s not often turned up, but it cleared and was still fine for swimming in. We would have liked to be a little closer to the main drag since it did take some time to get through the no wake zone..but it was still very doable. Over all we loved this house and had an amazing time!!!

A wonderful weekend with friends and family

Overall we loved this property and it a perfect weekend getaway with friends and family for a reunion! The only parts that need improvement are ones that have been touched on by others and includes receiving two separate “check in detail” emails with different information regarding gate codes, door codes, WiFi network name and password. Overall not a huge issue as all of the information was able to be find, but did take trial and error and having to try to find the correct details between going back and forth between the two emails. Once we got the right ones figured out, the rest of the weekend went so smoothly. Everyone wants to come back for another stay in the future!!

Brand New, Well stocked house

We really enjoyed our family reunion at this brand new open floor plan home. Kitchen was well stocked and the double dishwasher and double refrigerators were just what this house needed for big families. Will recommend to everyone

Gorgeous home!

Gorgeous home and secluded spot at end of the stretch of lake homes. Owners did a fantastic job on designing the rooms, bathrooms common areas and outdoor spaces with modern/Lakehouse touches. The main floor kitchen area is breathtaking and pics don’t do it justice! The owners sent a lot of detail a week before check-in that was helpful. There were a few inaccuracies in the info including a different key code to enter the house and wireless password as noted in another review several months ago that doesn’t seem to have been corrected with the VRBO listing. There were also a few instances of owners mixing me up with other renters. Be prepared to make all the beds upon arrival as this is not included in the rental. Overall would highly recommend!

Friends trip to ride Side by Sides

Home is amazing. Had a couple little bumps with the check in process. VRBO automatically sends a welcome letter with gate codes and wifi passwords, but they did not work. Called Stephanie and she gave us the correct codes. She said that she emailed us a message, but I did not receive it until the night we got there. But this did get sorted out quickly. We were all shocked, when we found out you have to make your own beds. Sheets are left on the end of the bed for you to make. We came to Tennessee to go riding at Brimstone, so we all had trucks and trailers. We were instructed to park at the overflow lot, in the subdivision. We did read that trailer locks were recommended. When we asked about it, Stephanie told us a few trailers have been stolen (but none in the last 90 days) I am just adding this so if anyone comes for riding, they are aware of the situation and can take precautions. This home is absolutely perfect for a big family reunion. I don't think I would rent it for going riding again.

Wonderful Place for a large family/group

This is a beautiful house equipped with everything you need. Plenty of space, open floor plan (kitchen & living area). 3 refrigerators, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, plenty of pots & pans, so well equipped! Even an ice maker on the lower level! (A huge plus). Each room has its own bathroom! Sleeps A LOT OF PEOPLE! Kids loved the downstairs play room & theater room! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place & we will be back!
