Enjoy two levels of walkout decks with beautiful lake views, a grill, and a shared dock, two refrigerators, an ice machine, and a fire pit. This home is a great option for multiple families or bringing mom and dad along.
**The space**
The main level offers a great room with a living and dining area, a full
kitchen, pantry, laundry nook, two bedrooms, and one full bathroom. From the
front entry, great room, and kitchen, you will have access to the large wrap-
around deck, which houses a grill, outdoor eating area/table, and furniture
for lounging.
The upper level is a loft and offers one bedroom, one full bathroom, and an
open sleeping and sitting area. It is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee
while taking in the beautiful lake views.
The basement offers two bedrooms, one with a walkout deck overlooking the
lake, a bunk room with three (3) twin over full bunk beds, a living room with
a wet bar area, and a full bathroom.
There is a shared dock with the neighboring home, with a drivable (via side-
by-side) and walkable pathways.
*** This home is ideal for hosting large families or groups with children,
offering plenty of space and comfort. Guests will have full access to the
entire house.

**Amenities**
This home is located in Deerfield Resort. Guests will have access to:
SECURITY: Guests will stop at the guard shack on their way into Deerfield
Resort to confirm the address you are heading to.
SWIMMING POOLS: Open Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend. 9 AM-9 PM Daily.
There is no lifeguard on duty. An adult must accompany children under the age
of 12
GOLF: The Greens at Deerfield is a Par 71, 6,700-yard championship golf course
open to the public year-round.
PLAYGROUND: Open all year - Adult supervision is required for youngsters under
the age of 12.
TENNIS & SAND VOLLEYBALL COURTS: Open daylight to dark. It is not necessary to
reserve court time. Rackets and balls are not provided.
BARBEQUE: A propane grill and grilling utensils are onsite. Guests may bring
an extra one in case it runs out during their stay to refill if needed.
**Dining & Drinking**
Enjoy a Norris favorite, **The Tiki Bar** , located at Deerfield Marina.
You can also order takeout or enjoy **The Greens Grille** , open daily from
7:30 am through 4 pm.
**The Chapman Winery** and **Deerside Market** offer food and drink options.
The winery is a fabulous pit stop on your way in or out.
**Parking**
There is enough room for six cars to park in the driveway. You are welcome to
park your trailer in the driveway AFTER your boat has been launched. Deerfield
Marina is on your way in on the left side. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book.
Security deposits cc holds are required and returned approximately 14 days or less after departure.
Strict guest limits are enforced (children over 3 count toward the total); use of blow-up mattresses or tents to exceed capacity will result in eviction without refund.
No unauthorized pets, house parties, fireworks, RVs, campers, motorcycles, or off-road vehicles are permitted in the resort.
Locked owner closets and garages are strictly off-limits; tampering results in loss of security deposit.
Please inspect the home upon arrival and report any issues within one hour; no refunds are provided for mechanical failures or inclement weather.
Starter supplies (toilet paper/soap) are limited and not replenished during your stay.
Bath towels are NOT provided—please remember to bring your own!
