Charming, newly renovated apartment in the La Chenolette residence, 900 meters from the town center, with direct beach access. This bright, southwest-facing ground-floor apartment includes an entrance hall, a living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a television, a kitchenette with an induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric oven, dishwasher, and microwave, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a television, and a bathroom with a vanity, shower, toilet, and washing machine. Private parking and a private tennis court are available in the residence. Bicycle and surfboard storage are also provided. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner; please contact us for details. Heating from October 1st to May 31st is charged extra according to meter readings. WiFi rental available with 5G box: €40/week.
