The customer service agent and the management company were not responsive to our concerns or needs. The unit is not what we expected nor was the property grounds. The advertisement lead us to believe the buildings, grounds and facilities were beautiful, lush, and more importantly clean. The walls were cracked/damaged, and completely marked up with hand prints, the beds were dirty and hard to sit on, there was a pungent smell, bugs everywhere, the pool was unkept, dirty with pieces broken, living furniture stained, and list goes on. Our group was unable to stay in this unit as people had severe allergies and health issues. We checked out upon arrival. Since leaving the unit we have been trying to get a refund, since we checked out and thus far, the company has not been willing to do so. This unit is not for the faint of heart.
