Faro Saya is a brand-new two-bedroom, two-bathroom garden villa inside Quiya Residences, a boutique beachfront development on Bahía de Banderas in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Riviera Nayarit. It sleeps up to 6 guests.

The villa sits on the ground floor, opening directly onto a private garden with its own pool and a covered BBQ terrace. The layout is designed for people who want privacy; you're not sharing the pool, the patio, or the outdoor dining space with anyone. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped, the bedrooms are comfortable, and everything is new. The villa faces the garden, not the ocean, which is an intentional trade: you get quiet and green instead of wind and foot traffic.

The complex is a different story. Quiya Residences operates more like a boutique resort than a condo building, four pools, jacuzzis, a private beach with palm trees and fine sand, and golf carts that move guests around the grounds. El Faro Grill, the on-site lighthouse restaurant, is worth a visit at least once for the sunset. Kayaks and paddleboards are available to rent directly through the complex.
