• Stay cool: The bedroom has a cold A/C unit, and we installed high-velocity turbo ceiling fans across the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and garage to keep the ocean breeze moving.
• Easy ground-floor interior: The inside of the apartment is completely flat with no steps (just a small 2-inch lip out to the back patio), and the bathroom includes sturdy safety handrails.
• Outdoor spaces & parking: You get your own small private back patio on the ground floor, plus gated garage parking for a small compact car. You are also welcome to head upstairs via the building's exterior staircase to enjoy our shared, breezy rooftop terrace.
• Work ready: Solid Wi-Fi throughout the apartment if you need to take video calls or log in remotely.

We are located just 3 blocks off the main Punta de Mita–Puerto Vallarta highway, with local corner stores just around the corner:

• The Marina (15-min walk): Great waterfront seafood, live music, and boats heading out for whale watching, snorkeling, fishing, and tours to the Marietas Islands.
• La Manzanilla Beach: Just a 5-minute drive down the road.
• Day trips: You are only 11 miles (about 20 minutes) from both Sayulita and Punta de Mita, with easy access north to San Pancho and Lo de Marcos, or south to Puerto Vallarta and surrounding beach towns.

A Few Quick Notes
• Rooftop access: The shared rooftop does not have direct access from inside this unit; you take the building stairs up to reach it.
• Dogs: 1 dog is welcome! Please make sure they are added to the booking and up to date on flea/tick prevention and deworming. (Sorry, strictly no cats).
• Larger groups: We have three studio units upstairs on the second floor—check our host profile if you are traveling with family or friends.
