"We were pleasantly surprised to find the apartment more inviting than the photos would indicate. And its features--in the bathroom and kitchen--were state of the art. We loved the location and enjoyed meeting the owner, who was very helpful. It was a bit of a challenge taking luggage up 3 floors, but being above street level no doubt made it quieter. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"The apartment was difficult to find. The address was straightforward, but finding the correct building and apartment number was a challenge. We had to walk quite a ways from the parking lot including stairs. It would have been helpful if this was disclosed in the posting. The apartment itself was decent, but could use some minor repairs, like caulking the tub. "Had what we needed, not a lot more. Definitely some wear-and-tear, but we needed a relatively inexpensive place to house a bunch of people attending to a family situation and were grateful for the spot to land. Student apartment aesthetic clashed mightily with the heavy corporate communications (and requirement) up front, but I suppose you have to guard against raging parties in Pullman."

"We enjoyed this stay very much. It was quite clean and comfortable. We needed an extra night and instead of charging us extra they readjusted our quote. We didn’t need anything the house is stocked! Pomeroy is a nice quiet retreat with fishing close by and I would recommend staying right in town. We say deer every evening next to this house. Right out the window. Highly recommended. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will back. "

"This clean, charming cottage is well-located for visiting Pullman. Immaculate house, nice outdoor area with a fire pit and bbq. Tidy kitchen has everything you need. A great little spot for visiting our sons at WSU. Hosts are gracious, responsive, and communicative. "

"The house was perfect for our group of three couples visiting the SE Washington area. Easily walkable to the main town area, but also within a hour drive to Walla Walla wine country, Palouse Falls and hiking. The living room is huge and having the pool table downstairs was great for entertainment. "I am writing this on behalf of my 20 year old son who spent a long weekend in Colfax with a friend photographing the area. The owner was extremely friendly and easy to work with before the trip. My son said he actually did not meet her in person while there but it was very easy to check in, they had everything they needed including a toothbrush and toothpaste (he forgot his at home). He said the property was definitely family friendly and the neighbourhood was very “interesting”. "
