Ideally located in La Couarde-sur-Mer, this two-storey apartment welcomes you less than 5 minutes walk from the beach, in the heart of the Ile de Ré. You will enjoy the swimming pool of the residence in season, as well as a balcony to enjoy your breakfasts and meals in the open air, between two bike rides.

Message from the host

We have been using this apartment as a family, with our three children, for many years. It is a place that we maintain with care, to feel good during our stays — and it is with pleasure that we share it with you between our own visits to the island.

An ideal neighborhood

The apartment is located in a quiet and flowery residence, with swimming pool, just 5 minutes walk from the heart of the village of La Couarde. You are within walking distance of the beach as well as the market, shops and several restaurants right next to the residence. It is undoubtedly one of the most central locations in the village: everything is within walking distance, without the need for a car during your stay.

A top location

A stone's throw from the typical market of La Couarde and La Maline (cinema and performance hall), you are also in the immediate vicinity of a bike rental company. The tennis courts are a 5-10 minute walk away, and the sailing base of La Couarde is about 5 minutes away by car. Surfing enthusiasts will appreciate the possibility of surfing and kitesurfing directly on the nearby beach.
