Fantastic hotel with the best breakfast buffet!! Hotel opened up for the season on the day of our arrival and we had a great stay.

The hotel organised our lift passes and ski hire before we got there. They also booked restaurants for us which was really helpful. They allowed us to have a late check out. Everyone was very friendly and we had a lovely stay.

Le Spa était plein de serviettes non rangées et le sol pas très propre alors qu’on était en effectif réduit à l’intérieur de celui ci.

Très accueillant, serviable, disponible. Un très bon moment, séjour un peu court (1 nuit) mais qui correspondait bien à notre besoin du moment.

Personnel attentionné, qualité hôtel décevante
Très bon accueil, et appel préalable très apprécié pour préparer l arrivée et le séjour. Chambre agréable, mais décevante : rideaux non occultants et hôtel bruyant (nous avons été réveillés par des voisins avec enfants peu discrets) . Très dommage pour cette classe d hôtel. De plus, le service d étage n est pas au niveau : la chambre n était pas refaite lorsque nous sommes revenus de dîner. L espace piscine est très bien , mais pas de serviettes disponibles.

Reposant avec un service de qualité
Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. La baignoire à jet dans la chambre est un régal, de même que la piscine à l'intérieur de l'établissement. Le personnel est au petit soin durant tout le séjour.

Luxury hotel in central location
Lovely 5 day stay. If not eating in the hotel be sure to book a restaurant in town over the weekend as it gets very booked up.

Great place and friendly staff
Amazing hotel in the heart of the village, just next to the ski slopes. The spa has a great swimming pool with jacuzzi, sauna, Hammam which is much appreciated after a day of skiing. Room was spacious and offered all what you expect from a relais et châteaux accomodation. Changing room with shower available after you checked out to be comfortable before travelling back from the village.

Très bel établissement, très bien situé "au coeur du village" de La Clusaz. Très jolie chambre, spacieuse (suite junior), bien décorée et chaleureuse. Personnel d'un grand professionnalisme, constamment aux "petits soins". Bref, un excellent séjour !

Excellence à répéter!!!
En commençant par l'acuîlle à notre arrivée et ensuite le massage, le spa, le restaurant jusqu'à nôtre départ tout c'est passé d'une manière délicate et attentionné. On peux pas s'attendre mieux!!! Maintenant nous savons où nous loger à La Clusaz

Fint hotell med måttlig service
Fint och modernt hotell som ligger centralt i byn. Bra rum (junior svit) med tillgång till spa. Poolen domineras av barn mellan 16-19 varje dag vilket inte var riktigt bra. Personalen känns ovan matchar inte hotellets fem stjärniga status. Är inte något lyxhotell.

Possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in.
We had a lovely stay at this hotel, it was extremely romantic, based in a lovely area, lots of restaurants nearby, the hotels staff were extremely friendly and helpful speaking both English and French fluently. The restaurant was booked up when we stayed at the hotel (plus it was a little out of our price range) so the staff recommended some local restaurants.

Hotel remarquable, service impeccable, spa magnifique, restaurant etoilé. Idealement situé au coeur de La Clusaz, proche des remontées mecaniques. Abordable l'été, beaucoup moins l'hiver...

Un séjour parfait. Un personnel attentionné, souriant. Un bémol eau de la piscine un peu fraîche. Restaurant servant une cuisine riche en saveur. Un bar ou il fait bon prendre un verre avant d'aller manger. Pour le reste a vous de le découvrir.

Loved everything about it. Wonderful espresso machine in the room and hot milk provided by the staff. The room was spacious, the bed luxurious . A lovely coveted balcony to sit out on and enjoy the view.

Pricey. But worth it for a special occasion.
Well above average hotel for a small French ski resort. This felt more like the sort of accommodation and service in top American resorts. On site ski hire, valet parking, bags unloaded and loaded into car. Very attentive service. Good food and wine list. Only irritation was the free WiFi, which had long password for each device which had to be re-entered every use - not a user friendly system. For this reason I deducted a "facilities" point.
