It can accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a 900 m² garden. The accommodation comprises

- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: two bunk beds
- Bathroom with bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer.

Outside:
- A 9m² terrace, covered by a balcony and facing west
- A garden of around 900 m², with furniture to make the most of fine weather

The flat is ideally located in La Bresse Hohneck, in a very pleasant environment. Essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are just 8 km from the property.

What to do :
La Bresse, located in the Hautes Vosges, is a tourist resort for summer and winter sports. The village has been awarded the "Famille Plus Montagne" label. In summer and winter alike, the Vosges offers a multitude of activities and leisure pursuits:

In winter :
- Downhill skiing: 3 ski areas including La Bresse-Hohneck (3 minutes away by car), the largest ski area in the Vosges.
- Two other small family resorts: Lispach (6 runs) and Brabant (3 runs).
- Cross-country skiing: Lispach Nordic ski area: 50 km of runs for all levels, 40 km of snowshoe trails, international biathlon stadium, floodlit track, toboggan runs, ice rink.

In summer:
- Over 250 km of marked trails and 200 km of mountain bike trails, Lac des Corbeaux, Lispach, pike, carp, perch and trout fishing...
- Adventure park, paragliding, bungee jumping, summer sledging, trial...
- Visits: confectionery, clog-making, Gérardmer (25 minutes away), Alsace villages and vineyards (Colmar 1 hour away).

- You can park directly in the flat's private car park, which can accommodate up to 2 vehicles.
