The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming flat for rent in La Baule-Escoublac, just 900 metres from the beach. It measures 80 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Situated on the first floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 80 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and a shower room. Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with a TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds pushed together to form a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: a double sofa bed
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 7 m² south-east-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The flat is ideally situated in La Baule-Escoublac, in a very pleasant setting within a very quiet residential complex. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park in the station car park, close to the flat (paid parking). An electric vehicle charging point is available nearby, in the car park at Baule-Escoublac station.
