The apartment welcomes you in a soothing atmosphere, its light tones and large bay windows make it a pleasant place. You will have a balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the fresh air. The living area is open and divided into three distinct spaces: a modern and well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Its central island will allow you to prepare your meals whilst chatting with your friends or family. You will also find a rectangular table to share moments of conviviality around good meals, as well as a cosy lounge corner to rest in front of the television.



The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people; the sofa bed can be unfolded for sleeping, in addition to the two bedrooms which are soberly but beautifully decorated. The first bedroom has a double bed and a natural stone wall feature, whilst the second has two single beds and equally calming décor.



For even more comfort, the apartment also includes a bathroom with walk-in shower, an independent toilet, a hairdryer, a washing machine and a reserved parking space.

To vary your pleasures, you can spend an evening at the Casino, discover the ramparts and salt marshes of Guérande, or taste ice creams or chichis along the quays of Pouliguen.
