Welcome to La Baule, in this beautiful apartment, ideal for a weekend or family holidays. Able to accommodate up to 4 people: 2 adults and 2 children, you will have all the comfort necessary to feel at home. As a bonus, you will even have the possibility of having your breakfast accompanied by the sound of the waves, since the apartment overlooks the sea (side view from the terrace). Disconnection guaranteed!



Inside, everything is provided: a lounge/dining room with minimalist décor, with a television, and a fully equipped independent kitchen (induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle). On the sleeping side, you will find a beautiful bedroom with access to the terrace, equipped with a queen-size bed as well as a second bedroom, communicating with the first with a trundle bed, perfect for accommodating two children. Each bedroom has its own access. Finally, you will have a bright bathroom with a washing machine.

The terrace will allow you to enjoy a good breakfast before heading off for a day at the beach.



A parking space is provided for you.
