Entspannung pur

Wir verbrachten zu zweit Anfang September knapp zwei Wochen in diesem außergewöhnlich schön eingerichteten und sehr geräumigen Ferienhaus. Der Garten ist groß und bietet einen tollen Blick auf die Berge. Hier findet man Ruhe und Erholung. Wer sportlich ist: es gibt viele Wandermöglichkeiten in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung, auch mit dem Fahrrad kann man viel unternehmen. Fahrräder/Mountainbikes können in Annecy gemietet werden. Das Haus liegt nah an Annecy (wunderschöne alte Stadt, sehenswert auch der Markt an mehreren Tagen in der Woche) und trotzdem abseits vom Trubel. Wer unbedingt schnelles W-LAN braucht, sollte sich mit den Vermietern vorher in Verbindung setzen, uns hat es gereicht, es war aber etwas langsam. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit dort und können das Haus auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlen.

Peaceful and Relaxing

Whole family really enjoyed the week at this lovely property set in beautiful surroundings. The house was very well equipped with everything that we needed. The garden is particularly beautiful and thoughtfully designed with nature in mind. The location is close to Annecy, but hidden away from the crowds during the busy summer holidays. Christian and Sylvie were very welcoming and helpful.

Außergewöhnliches Landhaus in toller Lage

Das renovierte und modernisierte Landhaus von Sylvie und Christian liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes La Balme-de-Sillingy am Ende einer Reihe von weiteren Aussiedlerhöfen in ruhiger und idyllischer Umgebung mit Blick auf das Juragebirge. Das Haus ist geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hervorragend ausgestattet, u.a. 2 komplette Bäder, eines sogar mit Badewanne. Alle Details sind liebevoll und hochwertig gestaltet, es bleibt kein Wunsch offen, Das Grundstück ist ebenso ansprechend gestaltet mit einem großen Pool (ca. 8 x 5 m) und großer Terrasse, einem kleinen Weiher mit Blumenwiese sowie einem weiteren Pavillon - ein kleines Paradies! Sylvie und Christian sind angenehme Gastgeber und standen jederzeit für Fragen und Anliegen zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Serene and beautiful

A perfect place to unwind completely. Christian was a perfect host and check in and out was easy. The home has everything you need to get away from it all with the delights of Annecy, biking and hiking all on the doorstep. We loved every minute of our stay here

Idyllic location, beautiful house

Lovely house and great location!

Loved everything about our stay! Great house and exactly according to description. Peaceful, quiet, calm and comfortable with amazing views. The kids loved roaming around in the very large backyard. Close to everything you might need and want to visit: Epagny shopping centre, Annecy city centre and beaches, multiple mountain areas (Le Semnoz, La Clusaz, Le Tournette, Col de la Forclaz, Mont Blanc), Lac du Bourgette and Aix-Les-Bains. The owners are very welcoming and greatly helped us out in time of need. We could not have felt more welcome. Highly recommend!

Great for nature lovers

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The garden was particularly enjoyable, surrounded by nature, peaceful and also great views. When it’s hot outside stepping into the house, which remains cool at all times due to its thick walls and shutters, is so enjoyable! The master bedroom with its dressing room and huge en suit bathroom is exquisite. The owner was an extremely nice man who took the time out to meet us at the property to show us around. The location is also perfect for trips to Annecy where the lake is stunning. Thank you to the owners for the use of their house - we had a very relaxing holiday.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir hatten das Haus mit 6 Personrn genutzt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und wertig eingerichtet. Sehr ruhige Lage, großer Garten und tolle Aussicht. Christian stand für Fragen immer kurzfristig zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist eine wirkliche Empfehlung wert!

fantastisch

We hebben twee heerlijke weken gehad in dit prachtige landelijk gelegen huis. Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en top niveau qua uitrusting. De hosts Christian en Sylvie zijn zeer vriendelijke en behulpzaam. Iedere dag hebben we gebruik gemaakt van het mooie zwembad. Wandelen en fietsen vanuit het huis is heel goed mogelijk. Ieder avond bij schemering waren er reeën en vossen te zien in het weiland naast het huis.

Mooi huis met uitzicht in een rustige omgeving

We hebben genoten van onze vakantie in dit fijne huis. Het ligt in een heel mooie natuurlijke omgeving en je bent in een klein half uur in Annecy. Fijn om na een actieve dag te kunnen zwemmen en te genieten van het uitzicht en de rust.

Vi havde den bedste ferie!

Vi har haft en skøn ferie i Christian og Sylvies hus i Frankrig. Stedet ligger ugenert på en stor grund med kig til grønne marker og bjerge. Vi elskede at vi havde vores egen private pool, som vi nød både morgen, middag og aften. Udeområdet er virkelig godt udstyret med store parasoller for skygge - og liggestole og stor sofa for hvile og afslapning. Gode muligheder indendøre for at sidde godt til måltiderne omkring de store spiseborde. Vi sov helt fantastisk hele ugen! Gode senge og ingen støj overhovedet. Huset er godt isoleret. Så selvom vi stod op på forskellige tidspunkter, fik vi ikke unødigt vækket hinanden. Klart at foretrække, når alles døgnrytmer er forskellige. Der er få minutter til supermarkedet med bil. Her kan du købe alt! I den lille by findes også både bager og pizzaria. Vi havde ture til Annecy som er en smuk og dejlig by. Nemt at finde parkering. ( Parker ikke i de små gader. Brug de størrere parkeringsområder, som også ligger tæt på alt. Her kan du holde længe og billigere. ) I byen er der masser af muligheder for at finde gode spisesteder og shoppe. Byen oser af liv! Søen indbyder til en dukkert. Husk badetøj! Også her er der muligheder for at spise is og drikke god kaffe. Varmeste anbefalinger herfra hvis du vil have en skøn ferie i huset hos Sylvie og Christian og opleve smukke Annecy.

Short Trip From Lake Side - Lovely Place

Although we were sadly not able to stay due to lack of passports our friends still visited this holiday home. They were more than pleased with it and would love to book this home again. The location was convenient but far away to enjoy wildlife and wonderful views. The pool was nice and the interior was full of interesting artworks from the owners travels, which was perhaps the reason for the security cameras in all of the communal spaces. The owners kindly let one couple check in early due to a disastrous complication with luggage etc. due to the travel chaos at Manchester airport. Although you should arrive after 4pm. The area is nice and there is lots to do in Annecy. Great stay would recommend.

Amazing house for family in the beautiful french countryside

We had a great time here with our family of four (kids 5 and 8) Christian and Sylvie were very nice to wait for us after an unexpected delayed with our flight arrival 🙏 The house felt like home, it’s very well equipped and the beautiful scenery makes it a perfect place to relax and enjoy. The supermarket is within 5 mins driving distance with local bakery and small shops. it’s also a short drive to Annecy which is a must see. The house has plenty of space for the kids to run outside and enjoy nature, the pond with frogs was a daily fun, and although the pool was a little cold for the parents the kids didn't mind at all. We had very hot couple of days so the pool was perfect but the house was always kept cool. We have save it as one of our favorites to comeback.
