A well-equipped open kitchen is also located on this level, featuring an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom offers 1 double bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accompanied by a private shower and WC, and its own exit to the balcony. A bathroom with bath, shower, and WC serves the main living area on this floor. On the upper floor, the first of 2 additional bedrooms is a double room furnished with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with access to the balcony. The second upper-floor bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with a private exit to the terrace. All rooms benefit from beautiful views, and balcony furniture is provided for your outdoor enjoyment.
