The property features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed between the ground floor and the upper floor. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and bright living and dining room furnished with modern and comfortable pieces, including a dining table and a bar area. This level also includes a full bathroom with bath, shower, and WC, as well as a large open kitchen fully equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A private patio is directly accessible from the living area. On the upper floor, the sleeping accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is a double room featuring 1 French bed measuring 190 cm in length and 150 cm in width. The second bedroom is also a double room with the same configuration, offering 1 French bed of 190 cm in length and 150 cm in width.
