There is a modern marina next to it with a lovely bar and restaurant and some lovely boats to view. The villa has it's own berth in the marina and is available to guests upon request. There is boat and jet ski hire available along with various excursions.

The house is air conditioned and very spacious.
It is perfect for a family holiday with plenty of room and is located in a mature peaceful upscale residential location. A car is not essential but recommended.

The grounds of the property along with the pool are maintained by a gardener weekly. There is abundant garden lighting at night.
