Casa Bellissima

Casa Bellissima is a villa in the residential neighborhood of Calafat, 200 meters from the sea, featuring contemporary decor and a private 8x4-meter pool. The house can accommodate up to 8 people and is situated in the middle of a fully fenced property, surrounded by pine trees that provide refreshing shade. Within walking distance of the house, there is a supermarket, a few bars, a restaurant, and various sports facilities.

The house features a spacious living room on the first floor with two sofas, a sitting area, and a dining area. There is also a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and gas stove. Also located on the first floor is a recently renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower and two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds. On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms, a bathroom with a bidet, toilet, and combination tub/shower, and a living area with access to a large terrace.

Outside, there are plenty of ways to relax: two large tables with comfortable chairs for a cozy meal, a covered barbecue area, seating under the pine trees, and, of course, the necessary lounge chairs for lounging in the shade or by the pool.

Casa Bellissima is ideally located near the fishing village of L’Ametlla de Mar, where you can stroll past shops, bars, and restaurants. There are many small beaches and coves, some with their own beach bars. Just 7 km from the house lies the picturesque village of El Perelló, one of the few villages on the Costa Daurada that has retained its authentic Spanish character at its heart. A little further inland, you can go hiking in the mountains, visit the Templar castle in Miravet, stop by local potters’ studios, and much more.
