Destacar especialmente la limpieza. Nunca hemos estado en una casa tan limpia. Con todos los rincones que tiene no encuentras una mota de polvo en toda la casa. La casa es amplia y tiene todo lo necesario (y más) para que la estancia sea agradable. Lo único que no va bien es el wifi, por eso no le doy 5 estrellas. Hay que llevar mucho cuidado de no romper nada de la cantidad de piezas de decoración que hay en el jardín.

Amazing Villa and host

Perfect Villa, host was extremely accommodating and helpful. Shops nearby (walking distance) pool clean and loads of space available, much bigger than expected. No negatives apart from mosquitoes but that's not the villa's fault.

Tolles Haus mit sehr schönen Garten

Alles perfekt organisiert. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Alles was gebraucht wird, ist vorhanden. Internet ist leider nur in Teilen des Hauses verfügbar. Vielen Dank für die sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Paradise just outside Alicante

We had a wonderful time at Antoinetta’s gorgeous villa. It was even better than in the photos, very clean and comfortable. Everything you’d ever need for a nice stay had been thought of. The villa is very roomy, with lots of lovely natural light flooding in. The bedrooms are spacious and there was lot of little thoughtful touches throughout the villa. The garden is glorious! It’s like a little oasis. The mature, beautiful plants envelop the good size pool and everywhere you go in the garden there is something lovely to look at. The BBQ area is fantastic and even has a handy fridge. Antonietta was very quiet and keeps out of the way completely but is on hand with any issues. She’s also a wealth of local information and really looked after us. We would definitely return.

Perfect stay!

We all absolutely loved Antonieta’s place! The neighbourhood is quiet, the Villa is clean, spacious and there is everything you’d ever need in the kitchen. There is so much space, the garden, BBQ area and pool is beautiful, so much so we only really left in the week to go to the shop (which is a few minutes walk away) and to our friends wedding. Antonieta is lovely and is willing to help in any way she can, she even offered to drive us to a supermarket because the local one was closed by the time we had arrived. Thank you for a great week!

Amazing house and sitting out area.

Lovely house with everything you could possibly need. The garden is especially inviting as there are so many sitting out areas and places to eat. The BBQ area especially very well thought out. The house itself lovely, suited our family of 4. Immaculate and worked well. Lots of great places to eat, we didn’t get taxi’s but walked into the nearby town - expect to walk about 35-45 minutes. There didn’t seem to be anywhere decent in the actual town where the house is hence the walk. The owner Anonieta was really helpful with restaurant recommendations. Also if any problems was on hand to assist.

Beautiful villa with oasis garden and lovely pool

The house, all on one level, was spacious and lovely, with classy furnishings and the best equipped we have stayed at. We love Antonieta’s hospitality, sense of style and sense of humour. Although she lives downstairs we hardly ever saw her but she was there to answer queries on WhatsApp or in person if we needed her. The mature tropical garden is spectacular with its wonderful pool and stylish ornaments. Everything so well maintained. There are so many areas of the patio and garden with seats and tables for people to use for sun or shade, to dine, snack or relax. The number of places to sit in sun or shade is amazing. We didn’t even use the shaded barbecue area with its own dining table and chairs, sink, fridge etc. We loved the outdoor shower and the cute little toilet building in the garden saved us going indoors with wet feet. Nearest supermarket 10 mins walk. Same to weekly outdoor market. 10 or 15 mins walk to a few bars, cafes & restaurants in L’Alfas del Pi, on a hilly street. We used a rental car to visit Albir, Benidorm and Altea, although you could walk to Albir at a push. All in all a fantastic base, and we spent most days at the villa. We hope to return. A little piece of paradise

We had an amazing time at Antonieta’s villa. The garden was an absolute oasis with lots of different seating areas and plenty of shade if required. It is even better that the pictures! We all enjoyed lounging by the pool and the pool itself. We were 4 adults and 2 teenage boys, the villa was very spacious and probably the best equipped I have ever stayed at! Antonieta was lovely and a super host, she promptly responded to any questions we had and took care of any issues. The villa itself is a short walk from Alfas town which has lots of bars/restaurants, the Consum supermarket is also very close. You can also drive or get the bus into Albir or Benidorm. We very much recommend Antonieta’s villa and would love to return.

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren alle sehr sehr zufrieden. Alles war sehr sauber. Es gab genügend saubere Handtücher, Badetücher, alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die Küche hat wirklich alles was man braucht wirklich Top. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig das hat uns sehr gefallen. Einfach abschalten. Der Außenbereich ist ein Traum. Ganz viele Sitzgelegenheiten für jeden was dabei. Wir wollen wieder hin. Die Gastgeberin ist eine sehr freundliche und nette Person. Es war ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.

Perfect villa for our family of 5

We had a fantastic 11 night stay at the villa in L’Alfas del Pi ! The property was perfect for our family of 5 (2 Adults and 3 children (13, 11 and 7)) and the host, Antonieta, was super responsive and excellent. We particularly liked the pool and garden area which has many seating areas for every part of the day - our favourite being by the pool where sunrise could be appreciated with a cup of coffee before the children woke up. We stayed during August when the daily temperatures were +30degC - the air con in every room was perfect. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet with a well stocked supermarket a very short walk away and a few lovely restaurants in walking distance (Antonieta’s recommendations were great!). The nearest beach is a long walk and we chose to drive each time - that said we spent most time by the large pool. We really could not fault the villa or recommend it highly enough. We would definitely book it again.

Fantastic Villa near Benidorm

Had a fantastic holiday. The villa was stunning, large, clean and comfortable set in beautiful surroundings. The outside area has everything you could wish for: pool, sun loungers, toilet and shower. A lovely dining area with outside kitchen, sink, fridge, bbq. Inside there is a large, fully equipped kitchen, a very spacious living room with huge TV and the bedrooms and bathrooms are large and nicely decorated. Air conditioning everywhere was great. Thank you for a lovely stay.

great villa, a perfect spot for sun bathing with a lovely pool,the villa is clean with three bedrooms a large kitchen and a big lounge, two double bedrooms have there own bathroom, the other bedroom has two bunk beds a supermarket is a short walk away, the area is quiet and up market, altea and benidorm a short drive away, if you book this villa you will not be disappointed, the lady that owns this villa cannot be more helpful nothing is to much trouble, if we go this way again this is where we will stay

Great location and exceptional villa!

We stayed at the property in August 18. The photos really do not do the villa justice. It is located in a quiet area but you are only a few minutes drive from Benidorm and Albir seafront which is beautiful with a small market and loads of places to eat. There is a supermarket 5 minutes up the road. With regards to the villa, Antonieta has amazing taste and the villa is exceptionally clean with attention to detail. There is everything you could possibly need in the villa and she was kind enough to get some groceries in for us as we arrived late. The gardens are stunning with tropical plants surrounding a large pool which was spotless. There is a number of different seating areas around the gardens where you can relax in the shade if you want to. The sunbeds are really comfortable. There is a well equipped BBQ area as well. The villa has air conditioning which we only used in the bedrooms at night, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, large fridge and ironing board. There are two bathrooms which were well equipped with hairdryer and Antonieta even provided soap and shampoo and conditioner with plenty of clean towels. We really had a fantastic holiday in this villa, Antonieta lives below the property and is lovely, she is on hand if you need anything, other than that you don't see her. I would recommend this property to couples, families or anyone if you want a quiet holiday in beautiful surroundings with all the busy areas a stones throw away. We will definitely return.

Like a tropical paradise!

Just returned from a fantastic holiday here with my husband and two teenage boys. The villa is superbly appointed with everything you could possibly need including beach towels, which we didn’t expect. The villa itself is clean, spacious and cool with air conditioning in all the main rooms. This was very welcome with the 30+ degree temperatures while we were there! Antonieta was the perfect host. Friendly and helpful, she’s on hand to help with anything required as she lives below the villa (this is not an issue as she has her own entrance and you really don’t know she’s there unless you need her). There is a good size saltwater pool which we virtually lived in due to the temperatures and the garden is like a tropical paradise with huge potted planters and trees everywhere. It’s gorgeous! There is a well stocked supermarket 5 minutes walk away and the town itself is a little further with a selection of shops/pharmacy etc. The villa is in a quiet area but a short drive takes you to some beautiful beaches/attractions. Our active boys loved Aqualandia (water park) and also took a jet ski tour to Benidorm island but there really is something for everyone. We really loved it! We went over to Spain by Ferry to Santander and drove down, stopping at Zaragoza overnight (both ways). It's long but very easy and having the car was very handy for getting out and about.

Wonderful stay at a beautifully maintained villa

This villa lived up to our expectations and beyond. The house itself is meticulously maintained. It has also been superbly designed and the layout is superb. The master bedroom has windows to both front and back and a fabulous en suite bathroom/shower/toilet. The other bathroom is also has excellent fittings. The further 2 bedrooms are very well presented. The kitchen has every appliance you could wish for. The lounge/sitting area and dining room has so many features that show how much though has gone into making this villa so splendid The raised single-level of the villa leads down to the garden and pool area. This has so many little seating areas and the greenery is abundant and extremely well-maintained. The owners live downstairs, and this was only an advantage for us, as for the few things we needed to ask about, there was a speedy response The pool is circular and offers ample opportunity to get in a good round of exercise The location is great, situated in a quiet area but very near all local amenities We have nothing but praise for the owners for having created this, and we would without doubt love to go back there again

Lovely Villa

We had two weeks at the villa in July 2017 with our two kids (7 and 12). We wanted a Villa which had a good pool with air con in all rooms. The Villa was one of the most spacious we have ever rented, with three big bedrooms, a kitchen and a large living room. There is plenty wardrobe space/drawers/hangers. With the high temperatures we had during our stay, we made good use of the air conditioning in all the rooms. The pool is excellent, and we all had a great time in it. There were some floats already there which we were able to use. The garden is large and there are lots of different areas where you can spend your time outside. We nicknamed the villa ‘jungle villa’ due to the number of plants/bushes outside. The greenery/plants was lovely but there was so much. It did attract the odd wasp/hornet but they didn’t bother with you. I usually run a mile from them but there was no need. The BBQ area had everything you could possibly need for the BBQ right at your finger tips. The area the villa is in is very quiet, and its a very short walk to take the rubbish out which is good. The supermarket is just up the road from the villa. The Wi-FI only works in the kitchen and the living room, it was also patchy which is something to bear in mind, but when it worked we could stream ok. In a way this worked out better, the kids spent more time in the main room with us as opposed to their own rooms on the internet! Kitchen very well stocked with a big fridge and freezer. There is a bit of beeping in the kitchen (doesn’t last for long), we worked out on the last day that it’s the microwave cooling down.. doh! so best to leave the door open when you are finished using it for 5 mins. Bathrooms and showers are very spacious, the showers have great pressure. Antioneta was very helpful at all times. We weren't sure how it was going go to work as she lived underneath the villa, but we never seen her the whole time unless we had to. We took our own media server, so we were able to connect that all up the main telly no problem. The view from the front door was excellent. There are roller shutters on all windows/patios, at night time when everything was locked up and shutters were put down you felt very safe and secure. All in all, we had a great time and would certainly recommend the villa.
