We All our staff are Japanese-English bilingual, but if you feel that way, there must have been an occasion(s) when sufficient communication was not made for you. We are sorry for any frustration that might have caused you, and our staff will keep improving their English so that we can better serve our future guests. And our complimentary breakfast is Japanese style only, since our aim is to be a hotel where our guests can feel the Japanese culture as much as possible even during their hotel stay.
