Dear Tzu Ying, thank you for your comment. I have replied to Mrs Ying regarding the restaurant and, as you are probably already aware, we are looking into improving this service. As for breakfast, this is a benefit for VIP members, not a free breakfast per sie. This is more a booking incentive that something the hotel gives for free. Otherwise, it would of course make sense to give it to all guests staying in the room. I really wish we could have explained in a better way while you were staying with us.
