Perfect family home for a country Victorian stay

We were a family hosting the bride prior to her her wedding nearby. Beautiful large well appointed property. Excellent furnishings, lovely garden. Clean, perfectly located for Kyneton and surrounding area. Easy to park.

An amazing home away from home!

The perfect location for a thoroughly relaxing friends weekend! From the moment we booked, our host was welcoming, professional and courteous. The property had everything we needed for the stay. The location is just off the high street, with only a short walk to the local supermarket, bars, cafes and bakeries. Instructions for checking in, operating appliances and managing waste, were all detailed and easy to follow. We are already looking at dates to return! Highly recommend.

We celebrated a joint reunion of 5 women who have been friends for over 35 years. This was a gorgeous home with plenty of space, both indoor and outdoor, in which to celebrate. Wonderful hosts who were very responsive and a well maintained, beautiful house.

This property is very well appointed and positioned. We felt the kitchen could be better organised. There are a massive amount of drawers and cupboards but everything was stored in the pantry area making access awkward . However overall it is beautiful and we are already planning a return visit

Lauriston House

We have just had the most wonderful weekend at Lauriston House in Kyneton. We are 4 friends who have a weekend away each year & this has been one of the best. Lauriston House is a beautiful property with everything we needed to be comfortable, cosy and secure. The bathrooms are elegantly appointed, the kitchen is huge and the living area extremely comfortable. We would highly recommend Lauriston House for a delightful stay in Kyneton.

Incredible stay

We had an incredible time during our stay at Lauriston House. The house was extremely well presented and exceeded all expectations. Also only a very short stroll in to town and all of the local amenities. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Kyneton or the surrounding region.

Family Celebration

The property was exactly how it appeared on the Stayz website. So comfortable, warm and great location. We had a family celebration in Kyneton and the property allowed us to have sone quality time together. A short stay at Lauriston in Kyneton

In April 2023 as a group of 5 friends, all seniors, we rented Lauriston for a short break in Kyneton. We found the house to be excellent - clean, well presented with stylish decor. It was well equipped, warm and comfortable with a nice sunny rear verandah. Its location, a short walk to Mollison Street was very convenient. We would thoroughly recommend this house to anyone wanting a very pleasant stay in Kyneton.

Family get together

Very comfortable for all ages and seniors with mobility issues. Wonderful to sit in front of fire place and chat and watch the bird life in the trees from the back porch. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen and pantry. Everything within walking distance or short drive. Only problem was the secure entry lock but easily fixed with phone call to property manager who was extremely helpful.

Perfect location…

Kyneton is a beautiful little town to visit and this house is in the perfect location. Walking distance to everywhere. Beautifully furnished and has enough need. Gardens and outdoor area are a bonus. Thanks for having us.
