The host was VERY responsive to two very minor questions/issues that came up! I felt like she went out of her way to make sure that they were resolved quickly and accurately. And they were truly very minor issues. The house was also very clean. It’s also modern and updated. The checkout instructions were very easy and clear. The living room truly only sits three people with a loveseat and a chair. And the kitchen table only has enough seating for four people. Also, if anyone plans to do some cooking while they are staying there, you might want to bring some additional pots and pans and bowls and cooking utensils.Otherwise, my family and I were very comfortable in the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms, and we felt safe in the neighborhood.

Everything was clean, but carpeting appeared somewhat old and worn. Several of the stepping stones leading from driveway to entry door were loose/wobbly on a sloped walkway (hazardous). Checkin/Checkout was easy. Host took 22 hrs to respond to my only question.

The location was perfect for us. The lock on the side door needs replaced. We had to put a new battery in the front door lock. Mattress/ Box springs need replaced. We had a good stay otherwise

Cute house and a great location! The bed in the primary bedroom needs to be replaced as it seems to be broken and has no support for your head and neck. I had to sleep with my head at the foot of the bed just so I could be comfortable. However, everything else was great!

Strange neighborhood

Though the house itself was nice enough, the neighborhood, parking, signage, and GPS instructions made it confusing and difficult to get in and out. Could have used more hooks for jackets, pjs, etc.

Perfect Stay

This home was perfect. Check-in was seamless, the house was clean with all the amenities we needed—fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, air conditioning, plenty of entertainment and the balcony was awesome.The location was ideal, just a short drive to local shops and Austin. We especially appreciated the peaceful neighborhood and easy access to pretty much everything.The host was responsive and helpful when we arrived, highly recommend this home and will definitely be coming back.

Great place to stay

We had a fantastic stay! The house was exactly as described, really clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed and really made our trip enjoyable. Communication with the property manager was smooth and timely, which made check-in and the overall experience hassle-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

Being remodeled.

When we first arrived it was midnight and we didn’t have a chance to take in the surroundings. We couldn’t park in the garage, but the area seemed safe. We realized that there were no hangars- a problem for our formal wear. The toilet paper was terrible, and the twin bed for my son had no sheets. First thing in the morning we bought hangars. Toilet paper, Kleenex, water, and instant coffe since the Keurig was too dirty to be trusted. I think when the remodel is finished and the owner has more experience setting up the house for rentals, it will be good.
