"We only stayed for 3 nights but enjoyed our time. We easily commuted to Skye each day for wonderful hiking, returning to a cozy home by the water. Anna was wonderful, there was an issue with the internet, we didn’t even know was a problem until she reached out with a plan to have it fixed. Before we returned from hiking she had dispatched her local contact to fix the issue. We loved the efforts Anna took to maintain the original feel of the home, while updating where necessary - best shower!!!...

Das Zimmer mit dem großen Bett hat ein gefangenes Duschbad mit niedriger (180cm) , schmaler, angeschrägter Zugangstür. Als 2m-Meter-Mann kommt die Duschhöhe ans Limit. Ergänzend ein weiteres Bad mit Badewanne. Die direkte Lage am Loch phantastisch ( nur getrennt durch eine Straße, direkt gg. der Isle of Skye) und das Dorf sehr schön. Ca. 30 Minuten zu relevanten...

"Nice big house for a very comfortable stay. Plenty of rooms and comfy beds. Well stocked kitchen as well. Views around the property are very scenic and help one immensely to unwind. "Spacious cottage with everything you need. Bedrooms spread apart which we liked. Small garden to the back which is enclosed but does have steps. Also steps up to the main entrance. Cottage was warm and inviting but a little tired in decoration. It overlooks a loch so fabulous location about a 30 minute drive from the Skye bridge. Owner good communicator and helpful."

"We have stayed in An Gearasdan on a number of occasions and have been visiting Glenelg for over 24 years. The property is lovely, very well set out and perfect for groups and a couple of dogs. The view down the sound is spectacular and the locals are lovely. We cannot fault the house or location and hope to return for many more years."

"Large spacious and cosy house. Wonderful scenery around the village, the gateway to the Isle of Skye 20 minutes away, and what feels like the only chocolaterie in the whole of Scotland within walking distance. Of course, as almost everywhere in the Highlands, you should have a car with you, as public transport is not as frequent as you might be used to in cities."

"We loved our stay here. The picture window looking over the water was beautiful. The cabin was wonderfully simple and yet held all we needed. I had tried to book it for 4 nights but it was only available for 2 when we were there. I would have gladly booked it for all 4 and if we ever return to Skye we will definitely look ahead of time to book all our nights here again. Loved its eco friendliness as well! "
