"The hotel was spotlessly clean and provide a comfortable stay. Breakfast had a great selection and variety to cater for all. The only 1 minor improvement maybe in the check in, don't use the electronic queing system for foreigner as most likely we don't have kakao no even if we look like Koreans. ..."

"Excelent views. Really poor service from the staff. Check in staff left us waiting for no reason and pretended not to have noticed we were waiting for them. We were the only ones at the the lobby staring at them with bags on tow. We even put down our names on the ipad with their waiting list system ..."
